I feel Noel should be built like truck, to represent her past while combing an element of unsualility. Like theres this Hyper muscular Girl at a highschool, where most are toned at best. Making her stand out, leading to you asking" why is she so Buff?" But moving to enjoy her bubbly personality, until later on Noel becoming the weapon she used to be cold blooded, Destructive and actually wear armor to cover up her humanity/Vulriability. Representing her loss of self instead of being an example when sexual Fan-service takes away from the character. (Her ultimate form, a inhuman Killing machine that exposes her body and looks generally appealing for no reason, it makes her story Fall flat since the character design wants to do little with it) Taokaka works well in comparison, as her simple casual design that both express her optism with her culture, in addition to her naievity in wearing just shoes her cultural coat and underwear. It works really, really well, even the sexualzation she may have doesn't really take away from her character at all, aside from my personal feeling she should be atleast toned in muscle with some injuries to express the hard life she still has to live with her family despite her optimism. She's a design I could say is close to perfection.
