So yeah Hazama and Terumi aren't the same person, even if other Blazblue characters seem to confuse them all the time (besides Relius. Relius knows, he made this aftetall)
In his defense, I think he did even better against Ragna than you did. Though, that may just be because he had Rachel around to cloud Ragna's mind with anger, and then Naoto to cut him off.

In Chronophantasma, the other Six Heroes managed to separate the two, as part of their effort to finally kill Terumi. However, Terumi was able to save himself just in time for the events of this game, and has a chance to face the CentralFiction
Just keep playing through the story and you'll unlock it eventually, just look through the sub-scenarios until you find the hazama ones, I think this the second last hazama one.
Also this isn't a secret lmao just to reiterate, it's one of the substories, and part of the main story, also one of the big plot points in Hazama and Terumi's arcade modes. This isn't anything new or special, anyone who completed the main story 100% and/or played Terumi and Hazama's arcade modes would know that for a duration of the story Terumi rests while Hazama takes control and does it his way.
