Marhabaan,ustadha! Great lesson like always! This is one of the best videos I have ever seen! My favourite Arabic foods is Kebabs,Koftas,etc also I love Arabic dessert "Halwa"! Shukraan jazilaan wa barak Allah fiki!
excellent again... very enjoyable... those pictures of the food looked terrific. I had to laugh though: when you used the example of without "toum." I'm the opposite: I want extra "toum" with everything. I also make my own traditional "toum" dip/paste (i.e. garlic, oil, lemon juice, salt). It's about the only real middle eastern food I can make!
Hello again Manar, walking around the souk Today in Damascus and myself and a colleague where looking for smoked almonds, some of the vendors have bits of English which is fine but what is the words for "smoked almonds" or "smoked flavour almonds"....which ever one would be correct when asking them for smoked almonds and also what is the word for grams, as in asking for "200 grams of smoked almonds"...
