Berries and ricotta cheese! Sour cream and cream cheese. Also ground beef. I love Aldi for keto!
Each Aldi is a little bit different on what they carry. But overall, I love to go shopping there. I pick up cans of tuna and salmon for good prices. I can make salads out them that is keto. I also have been more sucessful in finding my Egglife wraps at Aldis at a good price. But the supply comes and goes so I just have to be prepared to buy extra and freeze them. As to meat, yum! Especially when you can find where they have marked down the price. But with prices nowadays, you've got to be quick to pick up on sale meat. My other favorites is their Kerigold like butter that they sell. Well worth driving extra to get the prices.
I LOVE ALDI!! The irish butter and irish vintage cheese is delicious. I also buy the Paster raised eggs.
I always buy keto bread and keto hamburger buns at Aldi. Also they now have keto quesadilla for wraps that are 0 zero carbs!!

Swiss and Gruyere cheese, egg whites so much cheaper than Walmart, protein and low carb wraps, their Mango pico de Gallo, got to grab a bag of the cookies. There steak prices are reasonable to. When I'm really just living a low carb vs keto there dill pickle popcorn and can no sugar added pineapple is good too
Wow! The Aldi in California where I live is not that cheap and they don’t have half the things you show. It doesn’t matter what time I get there or what day it’s always picked over. California is very sad. Everything is so expensive.

In researching jalapeño shortage, it seems the weather conditions for growing them, in California and Mexico, has been too hot and dry, and crops have failed - even causing a months long shutdown of sriracha making... crops are now starting to replenish, “lightly”...❤
I finally found the jar of jalapeno's at my Aldi's. Omg, they are so good. Now I wish I had bought several jars because the shelves are not being stocked right now due to hurricane Ian. Also, no fresh jalapeno's either which is the reason I went. I wanted to make your popper recipe. Best prices on nuts for sure and many other things. Sadly it will be a while before our store will be stocked up fully again. #IsurvivedIan.

I can’t believe you didn’t get the cheese fries 😂. I want to try the Everything crackers but I didn’t like the cheddar flavored ones. They tasted too chalky but the Everything flavor may be good. Great haul!

forgot to mention that the produce is not only cheap but also the freshest ever seen from a big chain store. my berries , citrus and tomatoes always last longer than when i by from anyone else

oh my gosh, I love the edamame pasta and I can't find them here😭😭the keto bars are delicious but I do notice a mild spike in my sugar 😭 unfortunately, still I love Aldi, it's the best hands down 😂!!! I do love their meats and produce...and cheese selection, CHEFS KISS!! 😘😘😘

Is it worth traveling an hour to an Aldi? That’s the nearest to me. Also, I am glad I stocked up on pumpkin last year. I don’t have to buy it this year.
Take your time with going through the store, get a good list going and bring a cooler

If you’re eating keto there’s no reason to snack. I can barely eat anything when I eat enough fats. Not hard with seeds and nuts.
