- Allan, Luke, and Zoe ring in the new year by taking Battle For a New Champion Episode 12. We talk about last week's episode, the Olivia vs Nurys/Horacio drama, and of course, Cara Maria's return to The Challenge.
Cara maria was the best thing to happen in this episode because she brought chaos and I love it
I love how Cara Maria called Michelle orange shirt that was funny
Cara won Vendettas on a puzzle. The challengers clearly don't watch. She had issues with puzzles early on but she practiced practiced practiced. She's just rusty
I wish that Cara Maria got a physical elimination and not a puzzle
OMG you are right Cara Maria could have looked at the other puzzle.
Had this been an elimination like pole wrestle or something more on the physical side, IMO Cara would’ve thrown Michele around like a rag doll. Michele has only shown she’s good at puzzles and being a social butterfly but I would like to see her be more physical and have her stamina tested more.
I was surprised they didn’t have her do a pole wrestle and Kaycee do a hall brawl.

I really liked the daily this episode too because it was simple and physical. I’m surprised Zara’s team won. I thought the one with James and Moriah would win. Zara seems to be very mighty for such a little person. I love it. Watch out for her.
lets be honest tho win or lose Cara is the GOAT for the women hands down

Couldn't stand the crap that came out of Asaf and Jay's mouth.
3 weeks/episodes and NO ONE goes home.
No way, no how did Michele win. There is something seriously wrong with this elimination. It was only 16 blocks, there was a clear blue outline and it was a Celtic Knot how could Cara Maria not see that and she had a huge lead.
Michelle is a legend when it comes to puzzles, if you’ve seen her on Survivor you’d know it’s very difficult to bean Michelle on a puzzle
@@mariak.3414 My main issue with the puzzle is that Cara Maria was able to get all her blocks on the base early as she was able to move the blocks with ease. It was not that many pieces and with the lead CM had it should have been over like that. It was not a complicated puzzle. It should have been a slam dunk. Even the puzzles on Survivor are not that hard.
You would think Cara would practice puzzles after 4 years of being off the show.

Also I can’t believe Berna’s cheeks were out again lol. I’m thinking how can that be comfortable? And glad Michelle won it gives her some street cred now lol

Wow I just watched ep 12 and Mr losing his hair Jay say the champs are nothing it the new Generation now wow Mr looking 40 and the hair club for men, that why he always wearing a hat, so Disrespectful
Especially considering Jay’s subpar performances across his reality tv career.
It was very kind of Darell, Laurel, and Cara to come in and help put the newer cast over to help legitimize them. I am surprised however, that production didn’t utilize classic challenge eliminations for this portion of the season.
Laurel is smart, she is a veterinarian, she does surgery on animals, she should not get flustered under stress.
Different type of stress. Surgery you get more prep work as well.

All Stars 4 is supposed to be on this spring...rumors are flying.
Cara only as 2 wins but the magnitude of her Vendettas' win stands out. To be the only winner competing against the likes of Zach, Leroy, and Nicole, is inspiring. That being said, Cara only has 2 wins beause as you mentioned, she gets in her own head.

this loss to Michelle is literally ct losing a few seasons ago and then returning to win the next two. just watch cara in the next seasons.
how is nurys getting messages from home about olivia talking crap ? Arent these shows pretaped ? Did cara just sit down for like 5 minutes while michelle got to move her stuff around ? Michelle literally had nothing and couldnt move them around and then she had it done with a magical edit

Okay, thanks, I was so confused with all the "Cara's not the brightest" talk. I know she's better physically, specifically things with endurance or tax the body's resilience, but she's done so many puzzles and won. I think it's that puzzles really cover a broad spectrum and you can look super smart at sudoku and be a "puzzle master" on the show, but suck at everything else. Sudoku, mazes, pictograph... counting things correctly... all labeled puzzles, not created equal on mental challenge or just what type of intelligence it engages.
Does counting with Devin count as a puzzle? It should absolutely not, but is I guess. That was seriously so stupid.
Corey is so two faced in his tweets and in his game.
They need to get Michelle out because she just sliding by they keep putting in the people they don’t like and it’s sad to to me she cant really do anything and Olivia just all up jay and Michelle butt boa this season is a mess to me I’m just waiting for CT to come on
