Nope, it got even better. Seen her two nights ago and she did with with amazing tribute on big screen rare Johnny Cash pics and video clips PLUS had him singing parts of the song too. It was worth the ticket price alone to see this one song. Blew everyone away.
This performance is epic. I thought it couldn't get better than the 'C'mon America' DVD, but this is just so awesome... She really has made justice to the song.
Simply, 'Perfection'. Such a hauntingly beautiful song...and a brilliant live performance. Sheryl is quite the story teller. Love this so much. Thank you for uploading it.
Her voice is sweet, A good performace. But, Jhonny Cash made it his own, this song fit perfectly in his voice. Both perfomace are great, but Jhonny master it.
Now she's been really trying to make a really political album and Detours really fell flat for me. And it's sad because her self-titled album was probably the best example of a thought-provoking political/personal album.
+TheCrystalyne Ahhh Doyle Bramhall II is the son of Doyle Bramhall Snr who played drums for Lightning Hopkins, backed up Jimi Hendrix on his tour of the US and eventually hired Stevie Ray Vaughan to play in his band. The Bramhall's lived with the Vaughans, wrote songs for them, toured and played with them. This "Leech" that you just described is one of the most talented guitarist/singer/songwriter/producers from Austin Texas hence why he's been asked by Eric Clapton and Roger Waters to play in their bands for the last 14 years AND Sheryl because he's her favourite singer/guitarist. Learn your history before you shoot your ignorant mouth off in future idiot ;)
effortless...a pure and complete connection with the ''music''....amazing.

Thanks Sheryl, to keep the memories alife for all of them who suffered in the darkness of any war.
@Guachugueder I agree. Perhaps the definitive live version of this great song.
