Brother, the real reason is that we have good director who are more close to reality of lives. These directors are first or second generation graduates who are from middle class and oppressed and suppressed communities, especially they are from village background. Thanks to our political leaders who build schools every 5kms and provided free lunch/cycle/bus pass for educating all the people in the society. These kind of students after graduation try out in cinema and direct realistic raw movies. Tamil nadu has directors, musicdirectors, art directors, dance masters, sound engineers with rural village backgrounds, this all happened in the last 20/25 years. Directors from rich families and upper caste cannot produce these kind of realistic and raw movies.
