I saw them live in dallas and me and my friend were dancing so hard that there was a circle around us of people watching us dance and people were asking us for drugs this is my favorite song ever
I was always floating around the city Go with the flow without ever knowing where I wanna be So I got into crazy situations A loyal soldier who acts who acts who acts.. but never asks
Matthew Shaw Don't think it was as bad as you say... Was it the cleanest playing I've ever seen? Absolutely not. But it got the job done, and pretty well.
this show was recorded before the album was even out and no one had heard this record or any of their live stuff. the audience came not really knowing what to expect - for me, i had to listen to this record a couple times before i could really appreciate it and get my head around it to be fair.
Bro i remember being in year 11 watching this at like 2am on channel 4 having school Next day, must of been year 2010 or 09… man how times fly by, I must have looked for this for 4 years after but made its way back to me
plus, abbey road is not really the sort of environment to be going mental in. also they were all told to sit down and had headphones on to listen to the mix - so it was a very laid-back, intimate gig where the band brought there own friends and fans to listen to their new shit for the first time ever.
@BassMusicUK na he wasnt, the base is just clearly non intentionally off time. was meant to be part of a lcean off beat rhythem. ACtually there are a few places where the base drum is a bit off. Still totaly love this. Such an ace vibe
definitely one of the top 10 albums of the 2010s... hits the spot of the compulsion i think lots of young people were experiencing.
it still sounds good. I'm still listening to SBTRK today.

@MrASPERTRON
Agreed, Its disappeared off the 4OD site now too.
@SatounoKumo it's so there ears don't explode by the greatness of his music.
@vanessashleyyy because you have microphones in the room recording the drums, and you don't want any noise in it.
This song is just great and the performance should get them sign quick.

2:52 the girl in the back was jamming out, sort of!
That’s one!
0:56 hear the mistake? Great performance still.
I heard a few off key mistakes from the drummer. Sampha has such a great voice though.
This is the second RUclips video of SBTRKT I've visited where people have criticised the crowd. What is going on here? Just enjoy the music.
Somebody please put the other track from this session up please!!!
