Water doesnt always extinguish fire. Ice also doesnt usually freeze water, it just melts in the water and drops the temperature of some of the water.
Edit: Fire is clearly superior.

Y'know, I live in a town that is like Snowdin. It snows all the time, we all know each other's names, We actually have an official town Christmas tree by the grocery store, everything is walking distance, the local shops and restaurants aren't big brands, just local businesses. We even have a game we play in the town where we hide painted rocks, and if you find it you just rehide it somewhere else (unrelated but it gives me undertale vibes). This song reminds me of the nice, cold Januarys, where the snow is falling and the children are playing in the snow.
Living in the cold mountains is a wonderful experience.

I feel that undertale has made me feel the most emotion, there is heartbreak, (having to leave toriel) happiness, comedy and just fun and craziness (meeting papyrus and sans first time) I've cried and laughed playing this game the past years. Thanks toby fox for such an amazing game

As you might be able to tell, I enjoy Pokemon Emerald. I got the game roughly 15 years ago, and Littleroot Town's theme is a huge nostalgia burst every time I listen to it.
