Love this video, the way I dress for Mass has definitely changed, I've really tried to focus on us being called 'to the wedding feast of the Lamb' and as you said if you were going to anyone's wedding, you would want to wear your best clothes! I personally love wearing dresses or skirts too, I am growing in my modesty journey and feel like I am slowly changing how I dress in general.

I'm so glad you liked this! I would love to make more videos maybe I'll try to make them seasonally. I pretty much only wear dresses that don't wrinkle easily and never get anything tailored but if that changes I will include it in a video.

Hi. I loved this vid. I'm also glad that you shared a site where to get them. I thinks it's great to share the different places where we Catholic women can shop. My fav one was the blue/white and the Pink one so pretty. I personally like to wear beautiful colors and styles to influence and I like to project how beautiful dresses make me feel to inspire other women especially in the NO. I like you didn't feel sure about veiling but I knew the importance so I just went for it and I love it since I feel like it's for our Lord and I got used to it. Thank you for sharing and please make more of these hauls. We got to bring back dresses. 👗❤🕊️🙏🏼

I slowly transitioned to wearing only dresses reading the book Dressing with Dignity by Colleen Hammond.
I have grown to love it and like you said dresses are so easy, one and done.
There is an mention from the Cardinal-Vicar (Vicar General) of Pope Pius XI in Rome, Basilio Cardinal Pompili from September 24, 1928 - Acta Apostolicae Sedis in 1930, Vol. 22, pp. 26-28
"We recall that a dress cannot be called decent which is cut deeper than two fingers' breadth under the pit of the throat, which does not cover the arms at least to the elbows, and scarcely reaches a bit beyond the knees. Furthermore, dresses of transparent materials are improper."
I'm not saying every woman has to follow these guidelines. I personally just liked them. So I used it as a goal to get my whole wardrobe to.

I myself didn't read that book right away.
I fell into wearing dresses more originally because I used to get my work pants from Express. Back in 2015 the company decided to discontinue the style and length I could wear. Dresses were my only other options to be able to wear without having to pay to get them tailored.
I went to Ross bought 5 dresses and that was my start.
The conviction came later.

im one those "weirdo" that is catholic but wear a hijab in public (i wear a visible cross or the mother Mary pendant) it important to me has our saint mother wore it at all times (not just for prayers and it was not just a veil and traditional Jewish women clothe where not blue but RED so our saint mother appearance was change overtime )
i try to do the same has her (for the hair not my style itself, I like clothe that look "overdress" fancy even if the price tag is actually low like 14 cad i buy when it in promo only ),so i look different and since the custom seem loss for Chirstian to wear a full hijab in general and was replaced but a Mathilda but then again many don't even use it .Not that it hide the hair which was the point of the veil .I also wear modest but flamboyant clothe like a mentioned, so I'm just an eye sore for Muslim and modern Christian alike !
Anyway, all to say if you are look different ignore the people you are there for the words of God and worship him not to make friends, well it nice but it should not be the ultimate goal when you go to church, ignore the one that gossips God know your heart they don't. English is not my first language i hope i was readable 💅🏼🧕🏼

The white for single and black for married is in some cultures, but its not a widespread thing. Wear black or white as you see fit. Traditional Catholic Femininity has a wonderful guide to veils and colors and she talks about this very thing. If you ever feel like veiling, try wearing a veil that goes with your outfit colorwise (think of it complementing your outfit and being part of your church look). You can also try veiling in colors of the seasons, like white during Christmas and Easter, blue on days about Mary, etc. Veils are a very catholic thing so wear them proudly when you do. Hats are more of a protestant thing since they were trying to get away from the more catholic things. Whatever you end up choosing to do, I'm sure you'll look very lovely. You always look like a model in your videos. Wish I had your sense of style!

Do you have any tips for dressing for mass when it's cold out? I get cold easily.
I actually share some of my church outfits on my instagram stories. I could make a whole other video on it. But I mostly layer sweaters over skirts or fitted dresses. I wear boots under my dress and that keeps me cozy enough. I’m always cold too but I live in Texas so our winters are pretty mild.
i still wear a dress but put legging underneath and wear a pretty vest (canada quebec ) even in winter i just wear warm legging and nice warm vest over my dress during winter well i also have a winter coat but what im saying is there way to always wear a dress! 😊🤷🏼♀
I dont own any dresses and dont have much money and all my family members are bigger then me do i need to wear a dress?
You don’t need to wear a dress. The Lord knows your heart and your intentions. Just try and dress your best for Him. You can also ask the Lord if He wants you to wear a dress to church to provide one for you. 🙏🏻💕
Christ says come as you are. Make appropriate what you have but don’t let not owning a dress keep you from church.
The woman in the video is saying the dress that she's wearing is appropriate know it's not you're not supposed to show your upper arms which is showing or your knees supposed to wear a veil on your head so she doesn't know what she's talking about I went online and that's what it said not to show so I wear a blouse 3/4 sleeves a skirt below my knees and a white veil on my head today is Saturday April 13th 24 and it is 455 p.m.
