@@RealBowserKoopa47 item clip or super clip are your best bets. I don't think i ever made a tutorial for item clip but you might be able to find one from another person. Super clip tutorial can be found in my most popular video, ultimate guide to super glitches. Use shift lock to look behind wall, and try to aim for where there is a wall behind the wall so you don't fall in the void. Otherwise do trial and error or watch where I did it so you don't fall in void

Otherwise have the server tab set to show smallest servers and keep refreshing til you find a server with 0 members and join that. Otherwise get lucky. They come with the new server and cannot be created after. They are generally eaten before most players can see them

@@_Haks_ they might be using shield collision, but more likely they are using fastflags. Your best bet is to google Prison Life fflags or fast flags. I've seen people do that with fflags.
