I have real time pain in my left shoulder, right after attempting a rep of the close grip bench press exercise. The pain is located on the front side of the shoulder. Is there a video you have that could relieve the pain? Maybe a stretch or exercise video?

Unfortunately, that could be a number of things. Is it just pain? Do you have any loss of motion? Do certain motions hurt more than others? Are you getting any popping or clicking?

AskDoctorJo I have the same problem, I felt my shoulder was popping out of place when I reached full extension on bench press. I also felt the same way numerous times while turning the steering wheel, but it never fully dislocated. Really would appreciate any exercises that would help, and any exercises to avoid? Thank you!
