@@mattventura7107 Hey Matt, mainly looking for mobility & strength flaws and fixing them, find a good Sport Physio and go systematically through each motion and search for the big ones, meaning significant lack of mobility in i.e. internal rotation hip and strength of the motion. Then find an exercise to fix it. To fix the inefficiencies I now have a 10min exercise and activation pattern before each run (5-6x a week) definitely annoying and don't want to do it, but that's the price to pay 😬🙏 hope it gets better!
