    Definitely have a couple issues at hand here, the main complaint you had was leaky diesel lines, I too would be upset with that and the poor quality fuel filter. Yes, very inconvenient. However, the other issues you mentioned, seem to be of quality control. I purchased my unit just 3 days ago, and noticed that they use a liquid thread sealant (swak) and not teflon tape. The reason for this is, tape can dislodge itself in the inner threads and can enter the water stream internally and create more issues than liquid thread sealer. My unit was built the same as yours, and have no leaks of any sort, my burner fires up, gets hot and functions as normal. The wash guns provided are the same ones sold at any store that sells pressure wash equipment and parts. Its the exact same ones I have been using for years on all my other wash units, and have not had any failures to date. Your quick connect fittings have internal o-rings, and I'll bet dollars to donuts you blew out the o-ring. My unit came with a ring with 2 different sizes of o-rings for that very reason. Kinda sounds like you got a Friday built unit, and have qc issues, just the same as any auto maker has. The difference here is, there is no PDI done on auction units, if you buy from a dealer, they will be PDI before you pick it up.

    Easy Kleen I believe are made in Canada. I bet in Canada they would have to stand behind their products, but once over the border into the US we are just shit out of luck. I had 2 of these units, but sold one keeping the newer unit. The pump went out after the first couple uses and yes it had oil in the high pressure sight glass. I am guessing it just been sitting too long not being used. A new pump from Easy Kleen was almost $600. It worked great a few times then the burner stopped igniting. Going to check the fuel filter and then pressure switch. Going to sell to as soon as I get it running.

    you need to order a AR VRT-3 unloader and remove the two bango bolts that hold your inlet and unloader and screw the new unloader into the top whole 3/8 npt and the water in is a 1/2 npt just choose your fitting

    Dude I bought one too and it was a job I did however fix it. Pump blew up, motor broke a rocker arm, thermostat switch broke 3 times, blower motor broke welds off, etc I fixed it by putting on a 420 harbor freight motor, gp pump, gp thermostat, gp wand, and re welding blower motor back on. This is a company in Canada that is in bed with a China company/ commie u.s hater. I have to say the burner unit is solid, but the rest is junk. Mine is now very reliable since I took all hop sings parts off and put gp components.

    Did you replace the o ring inside the tip of the wand ? When it’s broke it will lose almost all its pressure & spew water from the sides of the attachment , just a suggestion , not sure if this model has that

      I did replace it. Its an issue with the trigger.

    I just bought one before seeing this, unfortunately. I haven't even started it and it's leaking a lot of rusty water from the heater quick coupler on the bottom. Maybe it's residual water in the heater from testing or something. The unit was still in plastic so I don't know how water could have gotten in the heater unless it was from the factory.

      They do test them. Mine had the same rusty water, and you will likely have it every time it sits foe a while.

    • @THEWORX99
      @THEWORX99  2 года назад

      Is it getting fuel? And is the washer at full throttle? If its not at full throttle the burner won't kick on

    It says magnum but you call it easy Kleen?
    Easy Kleen pressure washers are orange.
    I am confused

      @Sugarkryptonite Год назад +1

      Orange are a different model with a 120v burner. This is a completely standalone unit.

    I want to know who told you these are "made in America"? Chinese engine. Chinese pump. Chinese burner. Chinese wand. They are distributed through a Canada based company (importer). They come to a lot of auctions still in the same shipping container they were imported. It's a cheap auction washer... the same thing you get from any other "American" company if you're spending less than $10,000.

      @THEWORX99  3 года назад +1

      It says right on it. And the burner says made in Canada. So yeah theres that. Lol.

      Jessica, Really, the only part not made in north america is the engine, on the Magnum gold series washers. The Easy Kleen unit (orange) uses a Kohler engine or a Honda engine (both made in japan) The bulk of the unit is made in Canada in New Brunswick, I have watched the video of the manufacturing process on them. The burners are made in Indiana, They are Wayne combustion systems from Fort Wayne, Indianna. Very reliable systems, and definitely not from china. The pumps are manufactured by General Pump, who are located in Minnesota, and also have a manufacturing facility in china.

      @@Canadian.tanker.yanker - "...also have a manufacturing facility in China."
      So again, the primary component of ANY pressure washer... and it's made in China. Again, it's a CHINESE unit. I don't care what chassis it rides on, where it was assembles,, or where the burner was built (the burner is literally the least complicated component aside from the chassis). Furthermore, they are DISTRIBUTED by a Canadian company... most often with falsely inflated specs. If it was a truly "American" product (which could still be made in any one of the shithole countries of either continent) they would be in standard freight... not trans-Pacific containers and smelling like Lā shi when they open the doors.

      My Easy Kleen has a Honda motor and a very high quality wand with 2 lines, twist one direction for high pressure and the other direction for low pressure. So not sure where your getting the Chinese crap from. Mine also has an Italian pump, one of the best pumps available. After 10+ years the pump finally quit, just put a Cat pump on it.

      Pump definitely from China, it is not a GP pump.
