I do wanna point out you can summon ice under DDG if you send a spell or trap card, but that’s still a huge net positive for the opponent using DDG because of the spells and traps you play, they’re all power cards so it’s a sacrifice of a power card.
I lost last weekend to centur-ion & white forest. Its unfortunate because I lost die roll versus both decks and them winning the die roll was very important for the matchup (I played maliss). In hindsight barrier is great, but I only get a turn 1 on g2. So realistically I prefer more cards to defeat those decks going 2nd which is already hard because if those decks do their thing board breakers are useless.
