That is a fantastic helm. I love that you show the historical models next to the clients custom design. The lizards and frogs were hilarious. Looking forward to the next video.
It would be super interesting a video about how your process works when creating historically accurate armor. Like do you make research on how they did it in the past? Do you come up with your designs? How do you structure your process of shaping the steel?
on the main channel of the author (World of armor) there are several videos where he makes helmets using approximately medieval technologies. I can't embed the link, but there was a video like this with English subtitles on that channel 3 years ago.
You are an amazing craftsman. I have to really enjoy your content . I work in metal myself, but nothing like your work . I really like how you show the methods it takes to get certain shapes.
I'm no medieval expert, but I'd guess exclusively for jousting. The narrow eye slit wouldn't lend itself very well to foot combat, or even any real combat that isnt just two crazies charging at each other with sticks in a well-defined and restricted fashion
Interesting 3d puzzles and models from Ugears bit.ly/3FAi1j1
you should do goblin slayers helmet from the show Goblin Slayer
Frog Mouths are my favorite helms for aesthetic reasons. They just look really good.
same. the sallet is also very good
The first modern frogmouth replica which looks badass instead of goofy. PS I love your humour, that ad transition was perfect
It’s almost magical how he mold the metal by sheer will and craftsmanship. Even though i have no idea anything about armors but I can’t stop watching!
With a hammer

I’m glad you are still pursuing your art, stay safe!

Thank you for making the frog mouth! By far my favorite helmet type. Awesome video my dude from your friend in the Yukon Canada!
Your music is impressive! Just like the slavic folk I enjoy.
Been a while! Great to see your work, as always! Please stay safe!
Great video as always! I think Metatron should do a reaction to this video since he also has a frog mouth helmet! 👌
Yeah, Collab with a bigger historical RUclipsrs could significantly boost Slava's channel an business
Having the ability to just MAKE a new tool is so cool!
One of my favourite medieval helmet
Such amazing craftsmanship. Beautiful work and the video is funny AF :-)
Learned about you from That Works. beautiful Mando armor
10:55 its basically a medieval American football helmet
At least people in the middle ages tried to make combat sports safe.
Beautiful helm😊😊
Wow, the bolt-onto-breastplate frog's mouth from the antique photo is amazing, I love the couters too, granting full protection while jousting.
When joining the seams, do you forge weld them together with heat and beat, or do you run a bead along the seam when they're close to shape?
aside from the armoring work, which are awesome, i also especially like your music! do you post it seperately somewhere?
ArmorSmith music
Armorsmithmusic
beautiful work as per usual
That's so well planished
Thank you!
Awesome work man!
I'm in love with soundtrack! Is it availible online? I'm ready to listen it for hours
unreal work!
I wish I could come and learn your craft
😍😍LOVE😍😍 your videos, man! Keep it up!!!! (question: was the "Frog Helm" used for foot combat or exclusively for the joust?)
I'm no medieval expert, but I'd guess exclusively for jousting. The narrow eye slit wouldn't lend itself very well to foot combat, or even any real combat that isnt just two crazies charging at each other with sticks in a well-defined and restricted fashion
ITS FOR JUSTIN My name is justin wooow thanks for the helmet man
That’s a fine cooking pot 👌
You're videos and work is amazing!! If you happen to do more video game armor the warden's helmet from For Honor would be fantastic ;)
The music is great

👍
I love this ❤️
👍👍👍
Armor berserk pleas 😉👍
the masculine urge to wear functinal medieval armor and fuck up some zombies
That's cool why you do tha friend of mine.
Used to do that.
Are you moved the way used to watch him do it all the time
Can you do Gilbranth’s helmet from final fantasy 12? I think his is probably the best fantasy design.
Adam Savage would be proud.
why the heck do rich people spend money on weird art instead of armor
just imagine the cool designs we'd see
👌🏻 жаба armor 🐸
Great video! Tho your fixation with reptiles is a little weird...
He is just mocking some russian "historians"
@@solarissv777 I need this backstory!
It's a conspiracy theory from the Russian-speaking part of the internet. He has other videos about it... ruclips.net/video/AejJGwZvL8M/видео.html

Setara membuat kendaraan lapis baja.. SALUUTE
"Client" - что за дурацкое слово? Клиент - "customer", слово "client" существует но звучит очень плохо
Silent video is better. more watching time.
came for the armor left because the fingernails

Now I understand why in Rus' there were few heavy warriors clad in armor, uncomfortable clothes hinder movement in battle.
