TBSS intake swap in the LS swapped s10

Finally swapping the TBSS intake with the 92mm Throttle body into the 5.3 LS swapped s10. The 2000 s10 has a 5.3 3rd gen LS with shorty headers, cold air intake, and a tune. We also have a nitrous express kit on it with 100 shot. Good info man. My donor motor going into my 98 is a gen 4 so i lucked out with the tbss manifold already on it. Cant wait to get it swapped just trying to find a winter beater so I can tear my 2.2 out and start building!

Thats awesome! the TBSS intake is worth 10-15 hp on its own, gives you the hp from a ls6 intake but the torque curve of a truck intake. Perfect intake for a streetcar that's got a little weight to it. You're gonna love it when the swap is done, I left 1-2nd gear Rev limiter stripes leaving the tire shop this morning.

@@323Fabrication hell yeah man i cant wait to get my swap all done. I bought the motor last winter for $500 minus the accessories and wiring harness and ecu. Just had to get some broken exhaust bolts out of the heads and fill one hole where the previous dude tried drilling it out and screwed it up pretty good *facepalm* just gonna send em off to get decked to boost the CR a little then keep plugging away one thing after another til its done.

Stock battery location is behind the passenger side headlight, right?
How well does everything fit with that ac relocation bracket?

Yes that’s where the battery would be, I moved it to the tool box. I had to move the coolant tank toward the fender and the firewall. The compressor was rubbing on it.
