Something they could do the implement a health bar esque system is an audio cue similar to your gun running out of ammo. The hitmarker sound goes up in pitch for the last 25% ish of hp or the same percentage as the ammo count.

That would be really cool tho because you would always know if your enemy is low, the more I think about it is actually O.P. You are adding valuable information for free, now if that ability was a gun perk or a slot option for a gernade where you would be forced to trade depending on your style of gameplay would be interesting. Reminds me of that hilarious perk in Call Of Duty 4, "Eavesdrop" the pain in my ribs that I felt from laughing using that perk in a SnD competition and getting caught bc i forgot to mute my mic... That pain was so good LOL

Now with my idea, you could and should still add the visual bar for the reasons you mentioned. Give everyone a means to that information and an option that would hypothetically declutter your screen

Hope devs don't completely remove armor functionalities and turning them into purely cosmetics. Removing armor blocking bullets is fine but i hope we still get to keep other stats like movement speed and ammo capacity.
Armor will still retain functionality like mags and grenade count, as well as movement speed, albeit it would need tweaking since durability is no longer a factor
I like the weather addition because i think it'll make some of sniper camping in spawn, force players to either change classes, or move up closer to where main fights are happening. Nothing is worse than playing a game where theres 30 people lined up in spawn sniping while your team is being stomped on
Only change i dont like is the armor change, because if you finish a fight armorless, next fight you'll be more cautious. Now, if they was a way to repair armor, that would be nice. Something like support class could do for other players

These are looking like pretty good changes for the most part. But I really don't like the health bar addition, I feel like kills are way more satisfying when you never know which bullet is going to be the one that kills. Will probably disable it if possible, even if it puts me at a disadvantage.
Player effect are good to notice. Balance is not easy but it has it pro and cons. Suppression is good and bad. It come down to reactions and alert level. But in real life they would not give you time to think. Just a guess to use ref from real solider to know combat style. Example blood and gray out feeling screen. If player are hit the stun is good but real life it should be same. It come with the shocked and hard to react once get hit.
Okay so i hated everything the next update will bring besides the graphic changes. Like, im down for new weapons, new maps, better graphics. But they are changing core gameplay since the last few patches. I was able to customize my class with almost every weapon. I used to make bomb cars, but c4 is nerfed to the ground. With all its flaws, 1.0 was the best Battlebit experience for me, i dont think balancing every weapon ingame is being fair when IRL some weapons are better from others on every situation trying to balance is dumb. ''Aw, but then everyone will use the same few weapons.'' at least it was a 100% fair. It shouldnt take 2 c4's at someones feet to kill em. And there are other ways to nerf things (decreasing the range on the c4 throw or making it chargable for example) I think the game will lose its identity, some things are better unfixed. And people will always cry online about something being unbalanced even in a perfectly balanced game. And if you listen the few complainers you ruining for the larger playerbase that enjoy the game for what it is, flaws included. RIP BATTLEBIT, IT WAS A FUN RUN.
Should still be insta with 1 c4, just really does have to be under their feet 😅 Hopefully they listen to community feedback when all this new stuff goes live

I’m fine with everything but completely removing armor. If people don’t understand that armor makes a difference… maybe try MAKING IT MORE OBVIOUS before you resort to REMOVING IT ENTIRELY? I was really hoping they would’ve gone in the other direction with armor, and given us more options, more variety. Theres no perks in this game (nor should there be!), so it would’ve been neat to see them experiment with armors that affect the gameplay beyond armor points, ammo, and mobility.
Think they are keeping the ammo capacity and movement stuff but just removing the armour stat. Think you have a good point though, maybe should have tried telling people about it first before removing 😅

I assume the support will move slower by having more hp, think they are still trying to figure out what to do for the other classes. They said they wanted assault to be the fastest, so might be getting less hp? But good question!
Its only a momentum reduction if you change direction an extreme amount. Didn't really make sense to maintain momentum when turning 180 degrees. Parkour and juking looks the same :)
I have almost 1000 hour in this game, I LOVE IT. but honestily? when this update come, the comunnity game are DEAD. I'm Brazilian. but some times i have to play in NA servers, cause the brazilians are leaving the game, and when there are servers they just play the same mode game.

I’m very glad they shot the air Strafing. It was actual cancer. Unless you are a literal god of FPS, or cheating, it’s physically impossible to kill someone doing that without an explosive. It’s not fun to do, it’s not fun be on the receiving end of and in general makes the game feel far, far less skill based.
They have to add healthbars because their trash artstyle makes it impossible to differentiate classes and some are tankier now? Thats absolutely hilarious Almost as backwards as their "no shotgun" policy when vectors kill 5 people in 1 second
That explosion effect looks cool, but it's a bit too much, and the scope of the blown up building is obviously not as big as the special effect effect seems to be

I hate all of these changes with the exception of the sound changes... especially the different weather and time of day it's hard enough to get a map I like AND one that's not filled with sweats... having zero vision when sniping because the whole maps foggy and rainy is going to quickly make me never touch the game again... all the changes to sniper and support over time has quickly made my two favorite classes not as fun to play anymore... if other people enjoy it still then great, but for me it's no longer in the top games I play or enjoy anymore.
L take. Dynamic weather makes every match feel fresh and different! The Finals has it and that's the only reason the maps didn't get boring after the few weeks
Most of these changes are going to negatively impact the game. 254 players, Short TTK, and Milsim Mechanics are the only unique things it had going for it compared to other titles.

@@BIGBodsta man there's multiple ways to take ammo and stuff you use (bandages etc.) Even with that knowledge supports do try to give people ammo if asked in VC(or they just Drop it on chokepoints) But on the other hand ARMOR Is way more important than ammo so people will surely(hopefully) stick to their support player for armor regen IF implemented correctly. I really do love this game so much but with this direction i cant support nor play this game anymore :/ at least im still playing till the update ^_^

Really not happy about sniper headshot. If a whole game is arcade, why do snipers get a boost? I hate snipers in all battlefield games and U actually liked this one, but this will turn battlebit snipers into another annoying snipe fest battlefield type of game.
I would agree if the ttk was increased more, but it is still quick enough to justify snipers being insta. Also then it would really be moving away from the milsim side.
The crying over visual recoil needs to stop. It's been proven for years now that it has no impact on gameplay and is just a visual effect. Also the backlash on BF2042 was shut down very fast, thankfully, by people proving with video clips that the new recoil didn't effect anything that would throw off your aim Increasing the TTK is also a horrible move and doesn't help anyone. They need to stop catering to the wrong community.
Being level 162 when they finally update and having everything unlocked compared to someone who doesnt and is new is a huge advantage no? Does thats mean they should reset everyones levels? Hell no
LOVE the biomes concept. I get the feeling this is what they wanted by offering night versions of maps but without the bad visibility downsides.
Would you want to see night time thrown into that rotation or have different versions of night maps that do a similar thing?
