My parents have cows and it is amazing how you can paint a cow to look in real life. I love how vivid color was in pictures before. I miss that now. They really popped.
When you zoom in on the painting, it feels like you could pet that cow.

Bigger brushes will make it more impressionistic and faster, smaller brushes and more value changes will make it more realistic. I have 'easier' traceables you may like, perhaps the single red tulip? HEY YK! My art history is RUSTY! but Grisaille (grays) were done ages ago. Can be SUPER helpful to just focus on values at first. I think Wikipedia has a good post if interested in it en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grisaille Let me know if you get a chance to play with the idea 🎨🤗

I was not able to comment on the recent bunny painting that you took the time to release the entire paint along. I loved it and I am excited to time to paint along with you. Two days after viewing your video, I discovered a baby bunny of that same color living her one of my brushes. I also adore cows and sunflowers. I couldn't follow you in the time lapse before because it was just too fast to follow. I know it takes a long time to upload videos. I would not mind it, if you made some in parts. Then everything could be seen, but you save time in uploading. It would also allow for us to give you even more likes and comments.
Hi! YES! Since the library sponsored that video for kids, I let RUclips know. They then turned off the comments to help protect the children. Thank you for commenting here! You can slow down the playing speed of a time lapse video, hover over the video with your mouse, click the 'gear' looking icon. Also pause the video and take screen shots. I will consider doing videos in steps! Thank you for the wonderful idea 🎨🤗 I hope to grow as a channel and add more things like a microphone, lighting and help with videos. EVERYONE paints a different speeds. That became really apparent to me when I used to teach in-person beginning watercolor classes. Your speed is the right speed 👍😍 - I will try to mention how much time it took in my next videos. I just don't want anyone to worry about 'how long' it 'should' or shouldn't take 🎨🤗
I agree :) But starting out I never realized how long painting could take. I thought, “oh a 1hr video, they must have finished this in maybe only 2.” 😅 woops

@@AnnieTroe No. It's an 11x14 inch canvas. And surprisingly the cow was the easiest part. I had more trouble with the background and the flower!

Hey Olivia! It is hard to see! At 8:39 , I flip up the traceable so you can see that I scribbled on the back with black chalk pastel. Then traced my image with a ball point pen. You can see the scribble on the back again at 9:08 for a quick few seconds. In this snowman video, 2:20 ruclips.net/video/Vgo97DY6-A4/видео.html I talk about scribbling charcoal on the back of a traceable. 3:55 shows the traceable and how it transfers. Which blue?
Hi Milena! 👋 Thanks for the question, I added the paint colors to the description 🎨🤗 I used Prussian Blue. I would just use the blue you already have, mute it and darken it if it is a medium blue. OR you may like your blue better since I am glazing the color.
