- Utpal Parrikar is confident of his selection as the BJP candidate from Panaji constituency for the upcoming assembly elections. He promises to work hard like his father Manohar Parrikar. He addressed the media on his birthday during his visit to Mahalaxmi Temple in Panaji.
Panaji constituency has many front runners looking forward to contest as the BJP candidate. Utpal Parrikar is keen to continue the legacy of his father and former MLA Manohar Parrikar. He knows the electoral process will be difficult.
