Here is how to clean and disinfect your chicken coop/shed or poultry house. This is because poultry sanitary and biosecurity measures help to ensure that your chickens don't get sick and also help stop poultry odor or smell on your poultry farm. That's why I clean my chicken coops/poultry barns or sheds regularly after each batch of chickens. The barns or sheds are allowed to rest for 14 days after washing(2 weeks ). It's important to disinfect before allowing it to rest and also to disinfect again after you introduce your wood shavings or bedding material.
