Tbh with you its not so simple. From what ive seen genetically Ashkenazi Jews appear to be about 40% levantine. 40% Italian etc. Palestinians are around 80% levantine/ caananite. Whether they are descendants of Israelites i am not sure although they are genetically more similar although they might be from other caananite populations who were similar genetically to Jews. Ashkenazi Jews also get Israelite dna but only at around 30% I believe. Anyway who are descendants of Israel my guess its more likely Ashkenazi Jews than most Palestinians. The problem most people with European heritage have is that their genetic divergence from ancient Canaanites/Israelites is much more than modern Palestinians. That's because Jews who left (exiled themselves) accepted converts to Judaism and diluted their bloodline by marrying within the same group as converts which moved their genes further away from ancient Canaanites/Israelites. Palestinians on the other hand stayed in the area and mixed socially with Arab immigrants but because Arabs don't marry outside their group the Palestinians genes didn't drift as far. A small number of Jews are indigenous but the Palestinians are far more indigenous than most Israelis. The differences are very, very small but important to those who care. A number of books have been written on this. All you have to do is read them, compare with other international sources and learn what Israel doesn't teach.

As a Hindu from India, my support is for Jews and Israel considering the exile and persecution they went through since the Roman conquest of Israel 2000 years ago. Additionally, both Hindus and Jews have been victims of Islamic terrorism and expansion (Hindus from 700 AD) since both civilizational nations came into existence with boundaries as India and Israel post WW2. The population of Jews in British Palestine was less than 5% in early 1900 and they raised it to possibly 50% by 1948 by settling of Jewish refugees from Europe largely by purchase of land from Arabs/British rather than by evicting Palestinian Muslims as claimed by Leftist-Islamist narrative.
Additionally, close to 1 million Jews were just evicted after confiscating all their properties from Musllim countries and they had to be re-settled in Israel and the Leftist media don’t talk about this. Even with this eviction of Jews from Muslim countries, Israel has allowed Muslims to continue to live there with full citizenship rights and they form some 20% of the population. Situation in the West Bank has changed after 1967 but that was due to the combined forces of Muslim countries making their second attempt to annihilate the Jews and Israel and Israel has security concerns to give it up now as Muslim side still has their same view that “Jews have no right to exist”.

I have a lot of respect for the Jewish people. And without doubt they have been the most persecuted race of all time.
