RuviRiot I have since been in touch with a different SA at another Louis Vuitton and have been told it’s a case by case scenario, it’s best to ask your SA before purchasing to ensure they will provide assistance. Unfortunately service isn’t the same at each boutique. I really appreciate you watching 🥰

Hey gorgeous! You are sooo rocking that Prada headband and Chanel earrings!! They look amazing on you! 💋💋💋 Wow I had no idea that LV’s customer service does not extend to their shoes! That’s crazy considering the prices people pay!! And they’re assembled in Romania? 😯 That’s blatantly misleading consumers IMO. But of course, their argument will always be that people are buying the name, not necessarily where it’s made. 🙄 Having said that, your boots look incredible and are definitely a classic. I feel for you regarding the bunions as I have the same. Added to that, my feet are extremely flat so buying shoes that fit well and comfortably is almost an impossible task 😓 Anyway...thanks for a very informative video. The manager at the store I bought them in said “no aftercare for shoes, just handbags, because that’s what they are known for” I honestly couldn’t believe it! The one thing we know for sure is LVs inconsistent customer service and with information given to its customers. Thanks for the 411 🥰🥰💕
Yes in fact every one in the mall uses the same cobbler for all shoe repairs. They are repaired locally! Detroit men can become very hostile about the quality of their sneakers. Shoes are a really big deal in this market.
Interesting review. Thank you! Something to be aware of is that many luxury products are not necessarily made in the country that we might think. It’s about cost and a lot of companies have to have their products made in other countries for that reason. As far as the few little flaws you mentioned I don’t think that would stop me shopping for shoes at LV. I myself usually purchase Chanel shoes and I have never gone in to the store to complain about the wear or flaws (if any) unless I haven’t worn a shoe and it is in original purchase condition. I think you could probably take your beautiful LV shoes to any good shoe cobbler and get that hard to notice concern of yours taken care of and you can continue wearing your beautiful LV’s. Your review was well done and indicated another opinion of the LV boot. I have many Chanel boots that I love and I just purchased the Wonderland Flat Ranger boot for a trip. I think they are going to work out fine and I look forward to using them for that purpose. I hope you continue to enjoy your beautiful shoes and don’t let those couple of minor problems influence your decision not to shop at LV. They have great and beautiful products. I just purchased these boots over the phone with a LV Sales rep. They DO come with a life time warranty for any repairs due to manufacturing defects.

They are true to size, I am a US 8 and purchased the conversion size 39. Hope that helps.
Seriously, cars aren't even made in the US, anything from Apple, Samsung and have you heard about Made in China. You've stated you've worn these a bunch of times what shoes don't fray over time. Shoes are cute and I love em.
