Looks like a mix of Civilization, Knights of Honor, Crusader Kings 2/3 and Heroes of Might and Magic with an artstyle of the Witcher: Thronebreaker. Could be interesting.
I thought the same thing, though they really sound different haha I loved those Majesty intros more than the game itself, they added so much flavour, I could listen to that guy narrate my missions all the time!
I wanna see something like this, where you craft a city on hex grids, but with a Bannerlords overlay on the rest of the game. A more toned down visual style that doesn't focus on absolute realism for more time to design plenty of models. The city and borders should be tied to a grid (or perhaps a diameter effect for an organic feel that melds well with the free roam style gameplay. Would also love to see some resource management added with conflict being primarily about border skirmishes over resource nodes. A man can dream. Wish the game the best of luck!
You get to choose a faction, then you choose your King character and then in the game - depending on your playstyle - you can get more characters that are your vassals. You also have control over them, level them up etc
@@nicholascotardo3795 These are factions we have initially started with, there will be more/different as well! As you see they are very different from each other in terms of geographical origin, culture, historical aspects - therefore it is a good material for us to work on a variety of gameplay mechanics for different factions.
Seems like there will be, but still unsure how it would look like, here is what the devs said: "Character relationships, personalities, and flaws may conflict with your destiny. Guide your vassals wisely to build a thriving empire or risk their petty squabbles leading to bloodshed and ruin."
@@errorisdei988 most people are willing to only buy 1 game in the genre. The games usually cost like 70 bucks nowadays and have multiple DLCs. If it's not the best one, they won't buy it.
So thanks for the comment! We are not trying to be a CIV-killer. Liegecraft will be a game that is medieval only - this changes things massively, as everything that we do, does not have to fit ancient times and nuclear weapons. We are also characters focused in a way that doesn't exist in CIV or Humankind. To name just another important aspect - we have a feudal system as a core of our game which makes it different from mentioned titles. If you know more details make sure you follow our channels, as we'll explain more there!
Why does ever 4x look like Endless legend, humankind i kinda understand same studio but civ 7, age of wonders, that other new indie civ game and this.😂😂

And has former Witcher and Crusader Kings devs working on it
could be.... or could end underdeveloped on several areas. sometimes too many things in one game are not good. but lets wait
That's precisely what developers said. Mix of everything, but we still need to wait for the proper Gameplay trailer.
Goodluck with the game.
I'm a simple polish man - I see Jadwiga I smash that like button 🎉
The narrator nearly sounds like the same guy from Majesty. Gave me a little bit of nostalgia lol

Oh, Majesty, what a game!
Awesome!
Now that's look like interesting mix. i'll be lookin for early access
Looks promising. Looking forward to more information or a playthrough.
Wish it was for consoles too. 😩

Ahh...yes... I love the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth
Do they have Winged Hussar?
This looks good!
I hope they make a GOT mod for this game.
So historical Age of Wonders?
So an internet troll?
Looks amazing.. and u develope the city like in homm 😅 but i didnt get if u have factions(with different art style) or u just choose a Hero

Looks awsome
Will it have some kind of dynasty management? That would be insanely cool

Really entering a competitive market here... How are you gonna beat Civ and Humankind
its not like people play one OR another. btw: Old World > Humankind

Saya harap ini menjadi permainan yang menyenangkan ❤
Will it have non-European factions? (Moors, Saracens, Turks Mongols, Ethiopians, etc)
Likely so, the Steam page shows Abbasid Caliphate too, so there is a chance factions like the ones you mentioned will be included as well.

Is there any chance for the PS5 release?
how tf would you play this on console
@leonzuendel123 how tf would you play civilization on ps5? 😅
@@krisztiannagy8983 i wouldn't

Because it's difficult to compete with something brand new, you gotta attract fans from all those games, and giving them the simillar look could help.
I hope you add Arabic language with Ai
Expected something akin to Tale of Kingdoms Minecraft mod or Pathfinder Kingmaker from that title, not yet another 4x.
Left disappointed.
Eww 4x, I thought it was a ck3 competitor.
Is this turnbased?
Yes, it's turn-based strategy.
Ye no thankyou
