Nice cars there. I wonder if that's the 427 they had with the custom interior in the intro. I've been bouncing between a new C8 or a C7 Grand Sport/Z06 vert/M7. That combo in the C7 seems to be a near impossible combo to find, especially in a red with a 2lt or higher trim. Guess not a lot of people wanted convertibles for their GS/Z06's; or they are keeping them.

This car would have retailed $120k in the market 2 years ago. They've come down, not crashed. And in this new age of Carfax and Auto Check, so minor damage reports for simple repairs are common. Since forking over a few grand cash is a lot harder for some than filing an insurance claim. DOCUMETAION is the key to explain what happened and who repaired and how. Chevy fixed the damage, a lot more credible than you Maaco special.
I like the high mile Z06 Shark or dark Gray so Nice combo!! Seems like a heck of a price on that last C8
9:18 Sorry sparky.......the C7 Z06 has a FACTORY cold air intake !!!!!!!!!!
The HEAT problem is not the intake its the cooling bricks in the 1.7 L blower !!!!!!!!!!!!
If you gonna talk the talk,,,,walk the walk !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can someone explain something to me? Carbon fiber breaks, when it’s time to get new breaks do you get the regular breaks or a special break cuz it’s carbon fiber? Thanks
It’ll be about a $12,000 brake job at around 80,000 miles
@@brentcollins9727 12,000 for carbon fiber breaks or the rotors?
@@brentcollins9727 They can last longer than that. We had one in a couple years ago with 73k Miles and the Z07 brakes we're still at 50%.
@@corvetteworldrob8586 so the question still remains, can u get regular breaks or do the breaks ( not rotors) have to be a special type of break?
@@Brians_C8 1. Rotors are the big pizza round thing which are "carbon ceramic" 2. Brake pads are the kidney shaped part that gets replaced when everyone says "i did my brakes." So of you have carbon ceramic rotors, you will need a special brake pad. Lookup "carbon ceramic rotor brake pad" when you do your "brakes."
What is the most common payment process for a corvette, cause I'm not gonna buy unless I hit the lottery money
Chevy is going to be pumping out 130hp hybrid crossovers to keep the corvette alive. Good on em
Beautiful 2017 🖤❤️🖤❤️🖤❤️🖤
Heck yeah!
No holy grail c8 Z06 in the house
After driving a C8 I have zero interest in any of the older Vettes. They seem very dated now and I like the look of the C8 convertible with the black top a lot better. The C8 feels a lot like a race car rather than a fast street car. They also seem faster over all, the increased traction and slick shifting trans have a lot to do with this I believe. That white C7 with the silver stripe sounds good.
Prices are getting back to pre Covid but we still have a ways to go….guaranteed it will all go down soon enough…
Only 60,000 LOL a few years back the same dealer had a yellow ZR1 with the miles was in the low thousands mi for 55 grand it was a c7
What a painful video LOL I like that all red ZO6 is too bad you can't get front engines anymore , I'm going to get a C8 next..
@7:30 on the counter, FINALLY (!!!) A car with CHROME Wheels!!!!!!!!!
Damn I just purchased a 70th anniversary white 3LT. Awesome car for 105K. I’m wondering if I paid too much 2023 brand new
That’s about a 15k mark up, better than 30k.
This is my favorite car C7
If it only was in a manual. I'll have to keep my eyes on their stock.
Just got another 7 speed LBR Z06 in.
@@corvetteworldrob8586 is it posted on the website or not yet?
I love the yellow one
I want a used corvette that's older and pay more for it than a new C8 MSRP. Good deals.
Not true apples to apples. And a NEW C8 any trim...order today, 1-3 year wait at MSRP. Less than that are dealers charging 10-15k over MSRP on stingrays.
Has the 19 sold?
Nice job man!
Phew, that 15 z A8 is tempting.
Did the 17 sell?
The 1 thing I see missing in those C7 Z06 interiors is me.
I can help with that. ;)
Lol, I hear that! 😊
@@corvetteworldrob8586 I wish I was closer.
@@eroseberry74 I do 20-50% of my sales sight unseen. Let me know.
To me and a few corvette fans the c7 will be the last real corvette they built , the C8 is not a corvette
Wow, C7 are still expensive with miles.
what about the c6 zr1?
Nobody likes chrome?? Those are fightin’ words Mike!
lol😆
Its good to see the prices finally starting to comedown. Fing greedy dealers.
I still say my deal is way better 2006 ZO6 Corvette 2000 miles better than new condition 35000 out the door price. Sunset orange. 😍
Gonna have to visit one day!
LOL! My C8 was only $10k more and it is not yesterday's news like all C7's.
C7 are the best brother
Let's see 😉 the future DISCOUNTS as the world economy sputters 👇 downwards
Need the link for the C7R, 🙏 please.
Sorry, it sold.
AGREE 2:00 YES WHY DID GM USE THAT CHEAP DULL PLASTIC ON THEIR FLAGSHIP SPORTS CAR? MAKE US SHAKE OUR HEADS... SIGH
How much is it to ship a corvette purchase to Michigan?
$1700 - $2200 range.
@@corvetteworldrob8586 Thank you! I really like the 60th C6!
I am trying to stay with my 30k c6 grandsport, but those C7 grandsports have me in my feelings 😂
Each to there own I think black wheels look like crap and imf in the market for a Vette the black wheels would be a deal breaker for me 😮
Meanwhile bank repos are on the rise...
No for us so far. Thank God.
Change of life, hmmm. Too much for short term ownership. I guess I missed the boat of my future 2019 repainted Lime Rock Green. Long live C7's
Smashed !!!!!!!!!
Okay Im buying My Vette from You Guys
The C7R is the car you won’t.
It’s worth the most if you sell privately.
Wow! Only 60,000? You buy me one I’ll drive it! Lmao
Corvette prices, including the C8, are softening up a lot lately. The make so many, and the quality is never great.
I disagree. Quality is amazing for the amount produced. and I've talked to other Euro/JDM supercar owners over the years and the feedback I get from some about the quality control being better overseas is a myth. Some spend more time in the shop than on the road. Hand built or not.
I want the burnt orange Z06
Not many cars available What happened to the inventory ?
Selling fast again.
Didn't you two a few months ago say on here that Corvette prices would not be coming down?
Yes.
C7s went up a bit. C8 2022-23s are holding steady for now. 2020-21s have come down. We couldn't get any 2020-21s 2 months ago. Everyone wanted 22+ level buy bids.
It's a grand sport...
Please let us know which one was your favorite(s)?
My favorite was the shark grey C7 Z06.
Hi Mike, you know how much I love you for all the things that you've done for me, but now I HATE YOU! You would have to focus on that frigg'n '16 ZO6. It's the perfect except for . . .. Well, you spotted it. I'm in love, no longer in love with you anymore, I'm in love with that frigg'n Z. What a great walk around.
Save the Wave 👋Peter.
Lol, I knew that Manual Z07 would grab your attention big time!!! 😂
Oh yeah! It hooked me BIG time, and I've got the scars to prove it!
I know all too well about covid prices and none covid prices we bought a 07 Mustang GT I know it's not a Corvette. A little over a year ago we paid 26,000 in some change for the car we decided to sell it about 2 months ago and only got 14. 000 we definitely will not be buying again until prices are back to normal goodnight take another chance of taking that much of a loss again
