If you're an addict to blocked drains, clearing chokes, tree roots, high pressure water jetting, cctv and watching an Aussie Bloke do his thing you will enjoy this channel!
A very good Monday evening to you all 😊☺️☺️☺️
Afternoon 👋
Nice job Gavin. Some labor involved but a bit of a quickie. Well done sir.
Understatement observation of the moment: "Yup. That's busted."
I just snorted my drink through my nose at that nonchalant statement!
🐸 The thing about 'that' hot water installation is that it makes 'other' installations look MUCH better! 🤔
You can tell they don't have much cold weather, because the water heater is _outside_ the building. I guess they want the additional solar heating. Right now, being 39c for days on end, our tank in the attic hasn't been requiring much gas at all to stay very warm.
Haha it’s how you look at the cup 😉
Amazing lush green grass in Brissie.
Have a good day🐸
Anyone else, here in the US, find the first few moments of each video stressful? 😂 Driving on the wrong side of the road!!! 🙀 Wakes me up more than my coffee! Please keep filming the drive….I love it!
From experience visiting family in the UK & Aus it's much worse in person until you get used to it.
A nice completed job. See you on the next.
Thank you 😊👍🪠
Hi from Canada!
+1 from Canada!
Hi 👋
Hi 👋
Gavin, great video! 🧤😀🔦
Thank you 😊👍🪠
The Sidewalk looks kindof Newish. but could have been cleaned too. if the sidewalk is newish, perhaps at the road is when the pipe got squashed.
It's 36C here in England. Quite like an Aussie summer except the sun isn't quite as strong
Hi Gavin, That pipe was a bloody mess, wow. Glad you got it running for her and fixed the pipes to the tank. Stay Safe freezing cold and snow here. Need a big fire pot..lol from Tassie 👍💯🤗
Stay warm 👍
Good repair..👏
Beyond Busted
Love a good Storm Water🌊 🐸👍🏻
You did some work on that property Mr P .
Good job buddy
Good job. 👍
Thank you 😊
That was short sweet and to the point. I wonder how many cars traveled over the walkway to do that much damage.
Got the jet to spray clean across the street lmao. Love it
Haha I really enjoy that myself
Gavin u did a great job of clearing the lady's storm water drain. Right O👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Righto!
Great job as usual keep up the good work
Thank you 😊
Love the videos. You do amazing work and it's extremely satisfying to watch, there is just something about it. Keep up the great work, looking forward to all the future videos.
The Order! Stormwater Drain block. A look with the Camera, the Drain is broken. To repair and the Order to settle. Greeting 🇦🇹
Thank you 😊
Thanks for the video. I was having a case of the Mondays but you put me in a better mood. 😌
Hope your day got better
10:15 Gav breaks out the "persuader"
Awesome video!❤️ A good clean solid replaced pipe! 👍
Thank you 😊
Water augar would cut through that but you use garden tools. Gravel being thrown back a problem and therefor you have to hand dig?
Wow that’s a big watertank, would love to have one like that here, instead of the 240 liter one. Great video as usual 👍💪🏼 I bet as a kid you always came home covered in mud too 😂
Get some council reject Sulo bins (if you are in Australia you will know what they are), and line them along the wall of your house near a rainwater downpipe.
See my comment to Penetrator for more details and information.
@@MrBillchair I live in the Netherlands. When contractors are building new houses, they are obligated to put big water reservoirs under driveways or terrace, but the watertanks we can buy are plastic ones.
SALUDOS GAVIN, ANOTHER GREAT VIDEO AS ALWAYS, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. G.B.Y.
Nice job Gavin, done your best for the lady got it flowing, but like you say needs a bit of work done to the drains
Thank you 😊👍🪠
All right then see you and the team on the next one. That wasn't to dirty. Rain gullies are the best
I wonder if the previous installer thought rocks would protect the pipe from vehicles. Then again, could've just been backfill. Always interesting to consider the previous engineer's thought process when laying drainage.
Good lord look at the web of roots
Well done on that curbside repair!! My wife hates toads worse than snakes 😎
I've got one of those pry bars... LOVE It!... at 15:28... oh I don't know... that pipe couldn't be a problem... :-)
What's the name of that pressure washer tip and where can i get one?
id be dumping that wet system and having it drop straight into the tank.
At how many psi does the pressure equipment work for good results? Greetings from Colombia!!
5000psi
Greetings
Long neglected drain clean. Flex pipe where solid pipe should be. After drain line replacement where that very nice
lawn is, you can finish the clean out. Great job for the customer Gavin.
Flex might have survived the rock crushing :)
Thank you 😊
Right “O’ mate! 👋🏻🧔♂️🇺🇸👍🏻👀🎥🍻🍻
Righto!
Was that a hot water heater sitting at the side of the house ? If it was I didn’t think they could be put outside .
Seems to be very common in AU. I had no idea either.
It’s fine to be outside.
G'day again Gavin, from Sydney, NSW. I never knew that about the rain water 💧 tanks, the blue easy clean mosquito 🦟 ring. Seems that on this job with that mass of roots, the mega-penetrator followed by a DC-38 or DC-43 could have been useful, what do you think? You are the expert 😉!
Being an enthusiastic gardener, I wanted a rainwater tank, but the landlord said 👎, not even a portable non built in tank!
So, I decided, ok, I can work around that! So I got 5 Sulo bins (rejects from the council), and put them in line, with an angled pipe in the roof downpipe to carry the rainwater to the Sulo bins. The last one has a tap threaded onto it at the bottom for maximum pressure. Each one has a lid with a small hole with flyscreen glued on to stop mosquitoes growing.
They are connected at the bottom of each one with 22ml hose. I have a tap timer on the end tank tap to water my potted fruit and vegetables twice a day!
The landlord was pretty impressed with it! 👌
Gday 👍
Maybe one day I will get a DC-38 I feel the DC-43 would be to big for what I do.
If my channel grows I may just even purchase it for the channel 😊
You did a great job with the rain water collection 👍
@@penetratorblockeddrains DC-38 DC-43, there's only what, 5MM difference in the Internal Diameter, is that right? 🤔 What is the most common ID of rainwater pipes and sewerage pipes?
Do you ever watch "Drain Cleaning Australia", Bruce in Perth?
He is constantly in the firing line of blocked grease traps, saying "where would you rather be?, where would you rather be! I'm living the dream"! (Covered in 10 year old chunks of rock hard white fat!) 🤮
With trafficable curbs like those it's a no brainer that the pipes should be heavy galvanised steel not plastic.
shit that single barrels got some fizz today
Going off
i dont know if thats busted or not, you better double check it
There are always roots in the drains and that cannot be casual, there must be a pipe installation error or, they are not using the appropriate glue or pipe or, the regulation of storm and sanitary installations is terrible or does not exist, right?
👍👍👍🐸🇺🇸once again great video
Thank you 😊🐸
Very interesting Gavin. That wet line system to the water tank. How hoes it work? Is it just gravity fed into the tank?
Gravity feed
rocks + dirt = concrete soil
15:31............😂😂😂😂😂
Looks like I might need to call on you soon, my sewage is holding water and turning grey.
Can't wait to see you on an episode lol. But in all seriousness, I hope all is good with your pipes
I still waiting for the call 📞
Hope all is goid
@@penetratorblockeddrains im a lazy bugger, will probably wait till it's flooding the yard and the flies carry the house away
👍🔥
Gavin,,,,hello, gee that pipe under footpath, was really SPLITbut WGY we’re such large rocks, put over it, cars roll, over it, then boom, say those water tanks, are reserve water, or for gardening ?
Stay well, God Bless, 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇺🇸🇺🇸
As busted as the pipe was I would guess that it has had an encounter with a vehicle in the past.
❤️👍🏽❤️
I think you’re better off wearing your glasses
agreed.
👋🐸💗🇺🇸
👍👍🙂🇨🇦
👍👍👍
Just send it lol
Hahaha
🇳🇱👍👍👍👍👍👍😎🍀
👍👍👍
Was that the standard for the past using the cheap pipe? It seems like for all you plumbers that stuff is always the problem.
