  • Everyone wants a lizard that loves them and that can be held. Well lets go over the bonding techniques and how to handle your Chinese Water dragon properly. We also cover how to get your Chinese Water Dragons to like spending time with you. Some lizards take longer to become socialized but it's important to be patient when it comes to handling! Never push your lizard to be with you. Chinese Water Dragons can become quite tame and make great pets, as you can see!
    Enjoy!
Important: (I don't have any but wild caught lizards but they will always be more difficult to tame and require more time to become handleable.)

That tank isn’t right for a Chinese water dragon. The ground cover is perfect although you need a bigger water enclosure but the main reason i said it isn’t right is because they are arboreal so it needs more hight so I would just open up the top of that tank and put whatever is in it in a new tank

Do you think a 48x18x36 enclosure would be okay for an adults chinese water dragon?

I would do at least 48x24x48 for an adult. They are very active!
