I lost my dad in a bad way I was 18.. 13 days before graduation he was on his way to pick me up for a short vacation "divorced parents" he died in a head on collision on his way to pick me he was 54. Same year I lost my aunt Brenda 2 months later to cancer and her husband uncle Jimmy in the same week to heart break we say, my friend Zach to suicide. My aunt Katie and my best friends dad Harry whom I was close with. I went on a fishing boat with my dad when I was 17.. my aunt brenda my uncle jimmy. Not even half a year later they had all passed.. He loved football and fishing and music he'd play it all night. You're never alone nor is anyone whos lost anyone. They live on in us.

I had a HORRIBLE day today. But seeing dad instantly made me feel happy. He put out SO much positivity, that you can just feel it through the screen. When someone is able to do something like that, you know they are a truly special person. It's so sad he is gone. But, because he put out so much positivity, we are still able to feel that positivity, even now that he's gone, by watching his videos. We ALL should follow in his footsteps, and try to put out positivity ourselves in his honor. We could help someone feel good, like dad made US feel good.

If you only eat once a day you’ll drop 100 pounds easy in a year. I was 260 last year. I’m 179 now Since I started pouring concrete you can’t eat everyday so it helped me a lot.
