Gunning for revenge, outlaw Nat Love saddles up with his gang to take down enemy Rufus Buck, a ruthless crime boss who just got sprung from prison.
Jay-Z's growth and evolution continues to put him in a different company of people. Really inspiring to see.
Each year evolve
I totally agree!
I agree he’s a very good businessman
He’s the pioneer for young black guys becoming moguls
YEAH.. SO GREAT TO SEE RACISTS GROW 🙄
Jeymes discussing how he arrived at telling this story is incredible. And I LOVE how intensely Jay is listening to him and also fascinated by his mind & creativity. Great interview!
Jay Z really has gotten to a level where he has transcended entertainment. Props to a *BROOKLYN NYC* HUSTLER MC.
The best thing about this movie for me is that it just felt natural. I believed it the actors, the scene, the music, the score. I believed it!
I agree I felt the same way.
Perfectly said 👏
That movie was amazing. I’m tired of getting Boyz in the Hood, Paid in Full and so on and so forth. This showed a completely different narrative of Blacks. Well done guys !
I agree those movies are bad for the culture very much helps people stereotype use black folks.
lilcruzcontrolla white people do it too, they were doing it before us
@@lilcruzcontrolla1749 Bad for the culture? Did you not actually watch those movie's? They weren't glorifying that behavior.
That's like saying Goodfellas and Godfather are bad for Italian Americans.
Doughboy and Kane died at the end of those film's because of the lives they lived. It didn't make their lives look fun.
You can see Jay’s face light up as the director speaks, that passion is truly inspiring!
Love Jeymes and his work has been consistent. I love how he challenges the black narrative in the genre he focuses on: The Western.
Jay is the icing on the cake and makes the film marketable and I love seeing this amazing cluster of talent working together.
I WANNA SEE MANY MORE FILMS MADE BY THIS TEAM RIGHT HERE !!!!
I would love that
🤣🤣These RACIST GLOOBALIST SELLOUTS?? 😂🤣😂
Amagayle ?
Netflix have two more projects lined up for Jeymes Samuel. Can't wait!
Hell yeah
Jay Z voice never changed at all he got the same voice from 1996-2022 he never aged at 52
I.Love.Jay's.Evolution! This is what people should do and so many of us don't because we are scared of the unknown or we don't want to outgrow friends/family. But one of the main goals in life is to be better than you were yesterday.
Jay is one of the most reinvented folks (for good) that I have seen in some time
I was listening to him and thinking the same.
*CORRECTION: HE IS ONE OF THE MOST RACIST
@@Amagayle-vd6si lmfao that was random. I think everyone is racist
@@chustlerm Depends on how they’re brought up and the type of HEART they have.. not everyone is racist BUT Jay-RacismsZ surely is!!
Always good to hear Jay speak. His POV is soothing.
I created a playlist just to save this because I was at work...
I salute everyone at the table.
The writer, the director, the actors, the camera people, the extras, Netflix for choosing to host it..
LEVELS!!!
Really dope grown men conversation with no one cutting the other off to speak…everyone had their time to talk
Love jay z full evolution in speach, dress, and mindset .
Absolutely!
Media training and real councilor
That's insane! Because westerns were before my time I never thought to conceptualize that their musical scores weren't real western music for the times! 🤯
I get goosebumps whenever I see Jay Z. Truly inspiring
thank everyone who was involved……just…….thank you🖤💜♥️
The chemistry between this guys I loved the movie so much especially how in the end I ended up relating to Ruffus buck the villain that doesn't happen oftenly Jeymes is super writer and director he talks and storytells in such a way that he describes it to you it's like magic
It needs to be a trilogy. Where’s the other 2 films at?
loved this movie, it was well acted, the music was excellent and the characters outstanding. Well done guys.
What is the name of the movie
@@cassandragwynn2911 THE HARDER THEY FALL
The score for the fight scene between Trudy Smith and Stagecoach Mary where it starts off with Fela Kuti's 'Let's do what we came in the room to do' 🔥🔥🔥 then Barrington Levy 'Better Than Gold' 🔥🔥🔥
Shout out to Netflix this was a brilliant collaboration.❤
the lighting in this video is absolutely killer. whoever did it, did a great job.
The movie is so very well done and complex. I am so proud to be Black & see my people through this view. The music is everything. Thank you🙏🏾
I did not know Jay z was behind this film and I Love it!
I could listen to Jay talk about anything.
Dopest movie of 2021!
For the longest.. JayZ was my favorite rapper. Its still odd for me seeing his transition. Like, even his image. Guy has on blazers and hard bottoms every time I see him. Even the hair, lol. Just... different. Not in a bad way.
Thats what growth and maturity looks like my brother!! He became a man from a boy
3 kings Ross,Dre,Jay....his opening verse "its just different"
@@angeleye8953 it feels different lol
True but if you notice a lot of times under that blazer he has on a white tee. Like I might have on the blazer with the dress shoes or whatever but I still got the white tee on
I seen him here, decades ago.
FABULOUS CONVERSATION! FABULOUS MOVIE! FABULOUS SCORE, WRITING, CASTING, & DIRECTION!! MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT FOR YOU GUYS AND YOUR CREATIVE CREWMEN FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL CREATIVE PICTURE 💫🤟🏼🤟🏽 LOVE IS LOVE ✨🙏🏽🙏🏼🎶♎️
Jay Z finally comes out and does a interview I’m shocked
Great discussion, I wish it was a little longer lol. Cant wait to see what Mr. James Lassiter does next! I hope to see it soon! and If you need a young black southern actor im down for it lol..
Jeymes is a genuine genuine guy and a ridiculous talent
Man call it what it is...We"re Redefining Everything. this is what BLACK EXCELLENCE LOOKS LIKE!
Thank yall for taking the time to inspire, enlighten, and lead Us ForWord! Great discussion ✊🏾
This is special anytime u can get the 🐐 to sit down u know u got something
The Harder They Fall is a masterpiece, such a incredible cast + the story, action all were so good 👏👏👏
Cohesive & Creative.
The danger lies within WHO tells the story. Because one narrative, Repeated often enough, becomes the truth. And across time, people lose sight of the fact that it is only one slice of the truth. It’s time to expand the story🙌🏾🙌🏾
LMAO.. HIS RACIST ASSS DID NOT COME UP WITH THAT 😂
Everyone has to be in tuned together because team work makes the dream work especially if everyone vision compliment everyone else’s!!
I know Django was made by white ass Tarantino but alot of the points they're making in this can also be said for Django. Tarantinos use of hip hop in that film was genius and loved how Django, a black man, was the least subservient character in that movie. Really just makes you appreciate Django a whole lot more. Not to take away from this film bc man... Harder They Fall was really something else, such a beautiful film.
AWESOME DELIVERY FROM ALL THREE PARTIES
Damn, ya can really see Hov's age now bruh😫And I turn 40 this year 🤦🏿♂️80s babies, we all old now yall
@Christina Street dont rep lol but yea 😫😅
@Day 39, yep
😆 birthday parties at McDonald's we felt like we shut it down and God bless Nintendo 🙌🏾 man....what they know about recording songs off the radio to a tape cassette and playing on your sony walkman 😅 man. I just realized how a pack of new batteries brung so much joy
It is so dope to see these three cats sitting together like this. Even more so to see Jay-Z discussing the movie in this space. Just wow!
I thought the movie was well done, not typical, considering it was a black cast in a western theme. The storyline was suspenseful and carried you all the way to the end of the movie - it was only at the end did you piece the puzzle together. I like how the relationship between Trudy and Rufus was left undefined, like, what's the backstory between them. The very end was great because you realize that Trudy was equally as important to the storyline as Rufus - she also provides the film the opportunity to continue into a sequel if desired. Throughout the movie the storyline presents you with the opportunity to consider what your own personal choices would be if you were in the same scenario. Theres definitely a sense of today's urban culture felt in this film. Actually, the movie almost has a Gangs of New York vibe to it. Very interesting. Soundtrack dope too! Well done!
I remember they went live for no reason now they doing a movie so it makes sense
Loved the movie and this round table discussion.
Jay is the result of a growth mindset with masterful execution.
My guy Jeymes i am so proud of you x
Like your dreads looking real real smooth.
The best movie I’ve seen in a long time. Brilliant!
Only if we would treat music as a novel, most of these rappers would be All Time Best Writers
Thank you friends for sharing your kindness to this magical existence of life :)
Congratulations Jay Z on your the growth of freeform dreads🎨🖌

Beautiful conversation about a great movie
It is today that I learned that I need to have a sit-down convo with Jeymes .. this dude is creative af 👌🏿✍️🏿
Just watching the movie im sold on Jaymes, then listening to him while he details his inspiration making the film it shows hes a character too.
But then hes saying its all a side of himself, pushing the borders on "goodbol fashion coward" he really is eccentic character.
The black Quentin Tarantino. Light it up.
P.s. dont shadow yourself. Keep it live
