Also, just a question but does anyone else swallow all their pills at once? Like I dunno if its cos I've always had to take meds for certain ailments, since I was a kid so I'm used to swallowing pills.
But I take 6 tablets a day now, including my vitamins and green tea tablets and I just swallow all 6 pills at once before bed. A couple of them are quite big tablets too lmao, my bf thinks I'm a freak, he has to take his one at a time lol.
