What pisses me off is that these things atf say is illegal suddenly turns legal once you slap a 200 dollar tax

The 10th Amendment center on RUclips says the people are Supreme not the Government.
We the people don't agree with government on $200 dollar excise taxes when these items are already taxed as sales items as is. We need not to encourage these absurd tax stamps as our colonial ancestors did not agree with tax stamps back in 1765.

Hopefully, this ends with the NFA (and by proxy, the Aye Tee Eff) being removed.
It wont that would mean that the government would have to give up some power over the people and that is something that wont happen without a fight and by fight i mean force
This case has nothing to do with the NFA.
It won’t, this isn’t a challenge to the NFA. This is an administrative law case, it’s a side show/peripheral issue that doesn’t address the central problem which is the NFA SBR restrictions.

ATF can, will, and HAS murdered US Citizens using their own Tyrranical 'rules' that have so recently been decided by SCOTUS in Chevron as being Unconstitutional. Also, it's a slam dunk at the 5th circuit level because they already ruled on the APA violation in a previous ATF appeal and the 5th remanded the case back to judge O'Connor to include the APA violation he originally missed, which is how we got to this place to begin with. So doubtful the 5th Circuit will be sympathetic to the ATF in this case.

Like it or not, America basically started because of gun control. Taxation was certainly an issue but it wasn’t until the red coats tried to disarm the colonist at Concord and Lexington and the colonist had enough and basically declared war on England with “The shot heard around the world”. The right to free speech may be the first Amendment, but the right of the People to keep and bear arms was the first actual right acknowledged and defended. And rights have no meaning unless one is willing and able to defend them. I once heard that when an American president talks gun control, the American people re-arm themselves… ya gotta love this country.
