Wish we got to hear Alex give some sort of speech. Got to see the show back in August with my cousin when DEH was cancelled due to faulty A/C and it was incredible. Got to see it again this past Sunday and it was equally amazing. So sad to see a show as great as this one have to go off. Hope those who can go to the tour enjoy the show, because it's amazing.
I made a trip by myself from NC to NYC at 6 months pregnant to see this show. My first flight was canceled so I had to go 2 days earlier and pay for 2 more nights of hotels to make it happen. Slept in a hostel with 5 other women in a room bc it was the cheapest option. All of it was worth it to see this cast undoubtedly put on the best show I've ever seen. Alex Brightman is a legend and I'm so happy I got to go before my son was born. I would never be able to make that trip happen now and I would've missed this show/cast entirely if I waited. I'm glad I got to see this show when I could, it's a core memory in my brain now. I had so much fun, it was worth dragging around luggage in NYC all day before I could check into my hotel to get to have this experience. Thank you guys, love you guys! 🖤🤍🖤🤍
I think he's not really supposed to be performing or anything anymore than he has to, though. He took the matinees off, so it wouldn't surprise me if he's supposed to taking it as easy as possible during the shows
This show was my favorite. It’s so sad to see it go, last night I was actually tracking what part of the show I thought they were on (I don’t live in newyork)
Thank you so much for making me and a lot of others experience life ,death fun, and laughter you are my favorite broadway show and I'm so sad it's coming to an end. But I loved every minute of it!💚💚💚
this was the first show i ever saw live on broadway. alex had covid that week so i didn’t get to see him, but it was still great. everyone did fantastic
@@YourLocal._.TheatreKid I went on may 24th, the first night of my high school’s New York trip. We’re from North Carolina, so not everybody ended up going though. It was actually the first time I had ever been to New York!
I was here at the final show it truly was an amazing show and I'm sad to see it go.... On a side note tho one thing I'm extremely disappointed about though is that I did not get the special playbill because people had been stealing them... (And selling for over 100 resale) :( if anyone here was also there and has a playbill they can spare I'd love to have it and can pay you shipping (I can also show you proof of tickets on another platform as well)

this musical came at the right time in my life when i needed it the most ! i’m praying it comes to the UK
Mee too.
I think it is meant to be making the transatlantic jump I’m not sure when though, if the rumours are to be believed.
No. I don't think it will. Maybe in an alternate universe, but not here.
@@nevaehhamilton3493 it is rumoured !!

So long dear friend. Such a wonderful show and I will miss it so much.
It really hits different when beej says in the final scene “farewell….scarecrow..”
I hope someone got the whole performance on camera. Final shows like this deserve to be archived.
I believe I read a article where they said it was recorded
There was supposed to be a proshot, but then covid happened, and then after the theater they were in kicked them out
@@kylecatdad pro shoot never happened :(
this show means the world to me
Beetlejuice has one of the most captivating curtain calls it actually made me interested in the show enough to watch it and I loved it!
This was the show that made me fall in love with Broadway. It was so unique and fun!

Luckyyyyyy!!!!! I’m gonna miss it too, I saw it when Alex had the concussion after X-Mas eve but the understudy was great!!
To the cast and crew, job well done!
It looked like Alex wanted to say something at the end! :((
im so mad they didn't let him talk for even a minute! i thought for sure they would let him say something!
After his incredible speech at the reopening I hoped he'd get the chance to

That was fast. Is it commom for the main actor(s) not to speak in a show's last Broadway perfomance?
