Thanks for your lesson. I'm vietnamese and now live in singapore. One day I decided to leave VN to singapore just because of my future vision. I love every inch of my soil in VN, but I can't see my future here. No matter how hard i tried, i can't climp up to the top of career, it sounds like just for descendant of the Top leaders. Moreover, illness comes from everywhere, from things we eat, or from the air we breathe or sometimes from stress due to connecting with other people. That leads to deterioration of health in VN society. I saw more and more people in my country who are just between 40 - 50 years old dealing with serious ilness as well as struggling with unemployment problem. We, vietnamese people, can't find any jobs in whatever factories, just because bosses never hire 40 -year-old workers or older whatever sex they are. It was terrible. We can get a very little of social benefits, if not say rarely. I cried out of sadness when seeing a long line of people waiting throughout the night after night to withdraw social insurance after leaving their jobs. That made me have to ask myself what if i lose my current job, what if i get older here, in my own country without enough money to live? So i decided to quit everything i had and started from the beginning in different country, with strong belief in future. Although my english is not good, i am able to live and work here well. Thank godness.
I would like to live in the countryside because I could breathe the fresh air, listen to the singing birds in the early mornings. Besides that I could eat the organic vegetables that were planted by myself. It’s also one of the good things for health when living in the countryside. And one of the biggest advantages of living in the suburbs is there are many options when buying a home, the cost of living is low, and theft is also lower than in the city.
