One of the most influential voices in comedy, Jerrod Carmichael is set to host the 80th Annual Golden Globe® Awards.
The three-hour telecast serves as the official kickoff to the 2023 awards season and will air live coast-to-coast on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT from The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, on NBC and Peacock.
The Golden Globe Awards is one of the biggest nights on the calendar for live viewing. It's also one of the few awards shows that combines the honorees of both film and television.
Produced by Dick Clark Productions and Jesse Collins Entertainment in association with the HFPA, the Golden Globe Awards are viewed in more than 210 territories worldwide. Helen Hoehne is president of the HFPA. Jesse Collins and Dionne Harmon will serve as executive producers.

Abbott Elementary is one of those rare great comedy shows. It is so true to life as to what Public School Teachers go through day in and day out, as they battle to do their best for their students. I worked in Public Schools for 40 years, so I know. ~ Congratulations Abbott !!
Absolutely glad I just found out about this show. Watched both seasons 1 and 2 twice. Its got such heart and hilarious humor to it. I remember Quinta from youtube days at Buzzfeed. I love it and the cast and crew who created this gem.
I watched it twice as well. I am an educator and it hits close to home. I am so proud of my teachers and what they do and sacrifice. It is such a shame that teachers are not acknowledged as stars. They are the true celebrity for what
they put up with. Parenting has changed sooooo much. I love children but nowadays it is getting difficult to get support from parents.
please pay teachers their worth. add nurses to that list as well.

Sherryl Lee Ralph damn she looks good; I never can tell how old she is. Funny thing I remember her on TV when I was in middle school and I am 45 now but she still looks pretty much the exact same. Her and Anna Marie Johnson those two women whenever you see them it is like they've stopped the clock on time because they look like they never age.
For some of us educators, some of us can really relate. To how it can really be on the day to day with our staff, students ,parents and distirct . So this show is really sharing our story and all the hard work. We do to make the motivation and inspiration .We try to bring into the classroom/ campus appreciated or not .. 😁

4 great crews and casts gives award night including the cast of Abbott Elementary. The Series premiered in Spetember during the fall season in 2021 and they love comedy when the kids go to school including the dancers at the gym. They picked 7 for best musical/comedy.... as well as....
