      ... except that they're literally was never such an event. There were a number of floods throughout history, but there literally is zero geological evidence of some kind of worldwide catastrophic simultaneous flooding that wiped out civilization sorry but as much as myself and a lot of other people would love for that to exist, and it would make your insane delusional view of the Bible make more sense. The reality is that it doesn't exist, and there is no record of it and there is no actual scientific evidence to back up any of That.

    Why do you refer to "Dry Stone Walls" when mortar can clearly be seen

  • @dlwatib
    @dlwatib 9 лет назад

    Of course, archeologists have never found actual evidence of huge stones being moved on rollers instead of wheels. This is just a "reproduction". It's very unlikely that the ancients did use rollers because it would have been impossible to control the stone or the rollers in the configuration shown. Without some additional technological tricks, it would have been impossible to be assured of having the next roller in place by the time the stone was ready for it, so the momentum of the stone would be continually making it overshoot the last roller and end up on the ground. Also, the rollers would be continually twisting and even breaking because of uneven loading and friction, so the stone would quickly get off course.

      dlwatib Yeah, unless you had every roller perfectly laid out along the entire path ahead of time, there's no way it would be practical. (even that would be horribly impractical)

      The Romans moved huge stones immense distances. Some from Egypt.
      No mystery.
