awesome video, also very well done. Also, i have a lot of questions, i fear it might be a bit out of reach for me at present. Where should i start to learn about color science?

Christophe's blog was where I started, it gives you a pretty good view of the field. Link is in description.

That's so intresting, good job, the video is insanely cool ! I have so many questions if you don't mind and if you have time to answer of course !
-Would this be possible to apply on the end of a 3d animation scene rendering? In this case should it be done before or after color grading in blender? And if it's done in blender, is it still possible to color grade in something as premiere or davinci without "ruining" it and maknig saturation clamp?
-Is it different in the way a software such as Dehancer works? Does a software like Dehancer does all this math to emulate film ? Or is there a notcieable different in the process and result?
Thanks again for the video and for sharing all of this !

      1. Check out flim's GitHub page. flim's release page on GitHub has OpenColorIO configs that contain flim and AgX but I suggest you use "grace" which is also a custom OCIO config I made that has flim and AgX. flim's GitHub page also mentions grace and has a link to it.
You can replace blender's own OCIO config with grace to use flim.
      2. If you want to color grade in other software without losing information you should export in a linear format like OpenEXR and only apply flim at the end.
      3. I don't know the internals of Dehancer, and I don't think it's similar to flim.
