Just please ensure it doesn’t take as long as Wild Serengeti lol. I can’t ever get it to the table because of how long it takes. :(
Hey there! The mechanics are bag building and tile placement. I am sure you will enjoy it! As for play time, it will be a lot to explain in the beginning, but we have had a lot of feedback that just the 2nd playthrough went a lot faster and smoother.
@@badcomet2455 I don’t mind a long explanation. It’s just hard to get games that take 3 hours for four people to the table. If Wild was 2 hours, we’d play it more often.
The components of this game look just as lovely though! I’ll be a day one backer regardless. The campaign was well ran and arrived early. I like to support companies that do that.
Having already backed wild Serengeti on Kickstarter, I will not back this project at this time
I'd like to share my own opinions based on the former project, hoping they can be applied to the new one.
1. There are too many paper frames that are unnecessary. It occupies too many spaces on the table, which makes players who play on the narrow table quite challenged. It made me play on the floor, which was quite tiring and uncomfortable. Besides, it requires additional time to set up the game.
2. Too many figures on the table. I also understand that it can help players come up with new strategies, however, it also makes the game more complicated.
