This sounds a lot like the Magical Mirai 2013 arrangement (without the piano melody).
Is it possible for you to do the Magical Mirai 2014 arrangement with the strings?

This version is actually heavily inspired by 2013 and Matsuri Da Diva 2014, as well as elements from both the original *and* lots of elements from MM2015
