The only 2A cases the Supreme Court should hear are cases where laws are enacted to infringe on 2A, that's it. It's the most clear, decisive amendment we have. The founding fathers were crystal clear, "SHALL NOT INFRINGE." PERIOD, end of story.

GCA is a non law. The 2A is the Supreme law of the land. NOWHERE does it say A well regulated militia, being necessary for the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arm shall not be infringed as long as the ATF says its ok.
