It depends on the designation you have been selected for plus your previous package. PA will get less compared to PD(process developer). If you have experience in the same domain, you can negotiate for PD role

I am disappointed with the behaviour with the first lady and then the stupid candidates who were asking stupid questions without listening what the lady was saying and they even don't know, what is the role of the job. For voice and non voice processes, it's mandatory to listen actively and be good listener as well as knowing the job role applied for.
