- Guys. The Mauler has had a little face lift with the help of Kirk from RcMisfits. Kirk recently did a fantastic paint job on his Mauler. I liked it that much that he very kindly offered to do the same for mine. Here's the video of the new look Mauler

Hat's off to Kirky boy, what a brilliant job he did on those panels, never seen paint stripped like that before, it was amazing to see how easy it came off. The result looks mean, green and moody! Makes me feel good to be part of this little RC family - top job Tibster! :)
Kirky boy has done a mint job Mark. He has a great method and process. I am proper chuffed thst he went out of his way to do this for me. We have a great rc family like you say. I am proud to be part too matey

GRRR VERY BLOODY JEALOUS 🤬🤬🤬. Looks amazing my friend, and the "how to" video is an excellent idea. When I saw the photo you sent me the other day my first thought was to ask Kirk if he could do mine too. But now I've seen this video I may buy some cellulose thinners and try it myself. That has got to be the easiest way I have seen to remove paint from a lexan body. I couldn't believe how quickly it came off. Top marks and big thanks to Kirk for recording that. Extremely helpful for someone like me who has never done any lexan painting before. I have a Proline Ford F100 body for my Traxxas Slash that the paint has flaked off and it's really patchy with loads of clear bits. It looks terrible. This could be the way to sort it out. 👍👍😃
All credit to kirk for this one Derek. I have never removed paint before and i have only painted one rc so gsr. So kirk has taught me a thing or 2. He has done a fantastic job and i cant thank him enough. I will look out for the ford re paint video my friend
