I feel like the world is ready for Moshiach. I’m not sure what it may actually look like because so many have fantastical ideas about it. Will there really be a single unifying figure to sort this mess out?
Things have been worse in the world but we are on the verge of something. Everyone can feel it. It’s either going to be really good or really bad but it isn’t going to just shuffle along as-is. People from every perspective are seeing this for one reason or another.
Well I really pray that we can make this happen, or be worthy of having it happen. Same difference I suppose. Even with the day to day problems and struggles, imagine a world where we all know G-d and treat each other with love and respect and kindness. Maybe there will be violence and war instead. That’s one way to fight if it comes to it. But there has to be something pure worth defending beneath the often inevitable brutality and tenacity. Something like HaShem. May we all come to know G-d as he is, and see past the unnecessary barriers that cause us to sin against ourselves and each other.
I wish I had some clever Hebrew prayer to tag onto the end of this, but you all probably know better ones that would be relevant…
Shema Adomi, Adonai Eloheinu, Adonai Echad, Echad Hawa Rebiiiiiiimm…🎶😆🤷‍♂️
