Hey man, great video - I have a quick question as I am considering a lip/spoiler etc. How much does the lip lower the front end - what is the ground clearance with the lip on? I would really appreciate your input!

Based on the ebay link it looks like it is an Ikon Motorsports part. Was it a perfect fit? Looks like sides are not snug to the bumper in the video, but maybe just a camera issue.

Yeah it did, I did scrape a bunch of times and i actually ended up cracking off a corner at one point, it’s off my car now but I plan on getting another one once winter is over
Did the front lip clear the ramps when you backed up? I'm about to do this mod and not sure if I need the longer (less steep) ramps, which are also a lot more expensive.
Unfortunately no, the lip did hit the ramp but made it off fine without any damage
Is this the M Performance Frontlip or from which maker is it?
Yea ramps are must haves. My car is lowered so there is no way I can get a drill under there lol

What size drill that u use ?
Stuck at the ramp part, got the same ramps but my bumper is making contact. I’m worried if I back off the ramps with the lip on it’s gonna rip the lip off.
Just use a jack

how did you black out the bumper trim vents?
Ordered the shadow line bumper vent piece online and swapped it out… took a pry tool and popped off the ceranium grey version, put the black one it… super easy install takes like 10 mins max
is it 100% necesarry to screw the lip inside? or can i also only glue it with the tape? cause im thinking about getting the m340 for a leasing

I wouldn’t rely on just double sided tape/glue to hold up the lip... wouldn’t want it flying off your car when you are going fast on the streets in Mexico 😉
im confused about these lips. They look cool asf but this is really not going to help with downforce. Its not a true lip, this is damn near faux cosmetic only. Will it hold going 150mph? does it create more drag and lower drag times?

Thanks for the video I just got a brand new BMW M440i and I just bought a front lip for it it came in three pieces just like yours and some people said that that you should put it on one at a time but I was thinking is better to put it together first then put it onto the car like how you do.
