Here's what most people aren't understanding, first and foremost if NASCAR was to discriminate or retaliate to either FRM or 23X1 for the suite, that is absolutely illegal to do on any level and would hold far worse consequences than the suite itself. And this stand against Corp NASCAR is decades past due. And good luck and kudos to FRM and 23X1.

Lets look back at what happened with AFL/ NFL, ABA/NBA, AL and NL, Formula 1/ Indy car? THey had a rough time when they formed, but with rich owners, were able to force the more established sports league's hand, a divorce and new racing league will kill NASCAR and the France family, remember, they tout their huge new TV contract, but they are on second rate cable and streaming stations, and rarely on over the air channels, which is looking like they are heading for the same future I've seen happen to boxing, horse racing and MLB in my 65 yrs. All were big time sports in the 50s and 60s and are now niche sports on "pay per view", baseball and NHL recently learned how small their TV audience was as people "cut the cord" and they've lost the forced revenue they were able to blackmail cable aand satellite systems to pay them for 3 decades with "packages" . There are plenty of independent tracks out there that would love to get races with Kyle Busch, Jimmy Johnson, Chase ELliott, Stenhouse, Danika, even Truax lured to them to race with more money than they are getting from NASCAR, on weekend races and others.

And all those decisions were made by nascar with no input from the teams. I believe the people that make this sport what it is (the teams, drivers, ETC) should have a say in how this sport is run, and should receive a bigger slice of the pie, because without them there is no nascar.
