Overall, I like my rip belt, but wish that they would have used a Cobra belt buckle instead of the airplane style seatbelt buckle. Problems with the seatbelt style buckle are that it can be popped open by something catching on it, and it is hard to get it cinched down without slipping when there is the weight of tools on the belt. I have a cobra buckle on the tactical rip belt that I use for hunting, and it is so much more secure, easy to use, and adjust--I would use it for a tool belt, but the molle fittings make it a pain to clip on pouches. I've emailed Holstery about this and they responded, which I appreciate, though they don't have plans to change the belt. That being said, I really like all of their other products that I've tried--joey pouches, mag master, and modbelt pro. Great quality, and durability. Good company, and glad to support made in the USA products. I use mine for farm and ranch work, building and fixing fences, and working on center pivots. So easy to swap out pouches with the different tools that I need for the job. Belt, and tools hold securely when I am on my ATV, yet are easily accessible. Pouches also keep nails, and fence staples handy, and secure.

Just pre-ordered the big joey. Love the original joey pouch. Can't wait to use it!

Have you had any issues with the Joey pouches top ripping? Mines frayed to no end

I have not. But I'm mainly using it for screws, wire nuts, and etc. Then I clean it out everyday. I've had it for a month or so though.

Nice! I hate changing out ballasts. Thank God they're slowly going away. I only do LED ballast-bypass lamps nowadays but back 15 years ago I changed out 400 ballasts on a scissor lift at the old Lackawanna railroad building in Jersey City. That's right outside the Holland Tunnel. The place is run by the Teamsters nowadays and my boss used to pay em off just to work in that building. Stupid union shit. SMH.

      That’s crazy
Since I work for a property management company, we only install LED lights when the tenants or owners request or approve of the extra cost. Tenants on commercial properties sometimes approve it.
We usually just convert from t12’s to t8’s
