These videos speak the language my brain understands, that makes you a treasure. I can't find your name, so thanks a million. I'm 76 and in my days we had nuns instead of teatures. UK.
Oh. My. Gaaaaawd.... Thank you!!! It took 5 videos before I found somebody to actually explain this well enough for me to grasp it. High five random beautiful youtube woman, appreciate you.
The topic is "passive" but you are so active teacher that the lesson is being given full energy...this is a kind of advertisment sentence which was written by one of your listener:))))
You are an excellent teacher and keep up the good job. I am going to follow your teaching method until I grasp the concept of the English language. Thank you 🙏🏼
Your channel is definitely great. I have no idea why it is so underrated and has so few subscribers, but I wish most teachers were like you. I will share all your videos with my friends.
Unbelievable, how can a first language English speaker master that concept so well! I am a French speaker, in French the active and the passive voice are the same as in English. However, for questions we inverse or reverse the verb and the subject. I have to say also we have a lot of verb tenses: simple tense like simple present or simple past and compound tenses like present perfect or past perfect. In French, we constantly deal with a lot of tenses and a lot inversion.
It reminds me of when I was young I learned French grammar. It's the same about intransitive verb (It's snowing, it's raining) and transitive verb with indirect or directed object complement. And the V3 form is called a past participle. I've forgotten all the vocabulary of grammar.

Hello my dear teacher, could you activate the English subtitles under each video because some sentences are non understandable for some of us like me, because when you're speaking rapidly we can't understand what you say of course some sentences, not whole sentences
Hi Zabee. Yes I've always thought that English subtitles were vital for English learners. I tried my best in the beginning but it is quite the process and I don't have the time at the moment. Perhaps in the future I can source this out and have every video with English subtitles. Otherwise, the CC button and the automated captions that youtube makes is pretty accurate. Try pressing that and let me know if that is helpful. All the best!

For example in active voice Ahmed is eating the food now . In passive the food is being eaten by Ahmed .is the food subject or object ?
Hello mam ...plzzz make a video on modals in past and present time ,,,, slam from pak..
Great
Hi . I have a question . About the sentence ( the food is being eaten ) ( the food is subject or object ??)
The food is subject
It is the subject but the sentence Is in passive voice so it seems like an object because the verb is acting upon it

What is the difference between "the book is being written" and "the book is been written"?
My friend told me.
If there is no objects in active voice
Then we use DUMMY "IT" as subject in passive voice .
Like this
Active sentences
1 ) He is writting.
2 ) He has told .
3) we hope.
then I Change into passive using DUMMY "IT"
It is being written by him.
It has been told by him .
It is hoped by us .
This rule is correct or incorrect
Please help to understand
