I have a high-definition TV and prefer to watch "low-quality" old video from the past, and pay a TV service to avoid having commercials and then spend a lot of time watching commercials.
That bunny ad at 20:38... you could have given me a hundred guesses and I couldn't've told you what the product being advertised was going to be. :D

34. Log Cabin Syrup- It's so cute watching that little girl eat her pancakes with a large fork throughout this commercial. I would totally join her for a pancake breakfast with Log Cabin Syrup.

6:42 - If that list of hot Christmas items for kids did not include a Nintendo, it was a frickin' lie. I can tell you personally that it was on the top of mine and many kid's list that year.
I remember a ramp-up in commercials for Nintendo and Sega at that time but wasn't looking into getting one. After Christmas 1987 and playing Super Mario Brothers at someone else's house, I then wanted one. It seemed like suddenly everyone I knew had one.
