This is how a runway show should be. Beautiful clothes, a respectful audience, an easy level runway surface for the models, and gentle music. Ahhhhhhhh so good.
Elie knows that their paying customers don't like freak shows.
He's in his element though, Haute Couture is where he excels. The exotic patterns, embellishments, and sequins have kinda been trademarked by him at this point.

Literally every piece I kept saying WOW! There is nothing. Absolutely nothing of Elie I’m not absolutely in love with. The detailing of sequins and lace is stunning and such intricate detail amazes me beyond belief. My number 1 favorite designer.
Yeah, the only bad thing about his shows would be having to choose only one dress! 😸

I like the special magical touch of most Lebanese designers, but Elli Saab is the King of Haute Couture.
Wow. I was under the most egregious, false impression that "haute couture" was supposed to consist of the most unflattering, unpalatable, theatric pieces of garments that were somehow called "fashionable" by the industry. I've never been happier to be proven wrong. What a gorgeous runway! First time I've ever felt envious of the models adorning these wearable arts.

I love it when haute couture brands gets inspired by cultural dresses (and credits them)! Elie Saab x Thai traditional clothing is amazing, I love this collection so much!
This feels more Indian than it does thai besides some of these dresses were also similar to his previous collection which he did a decade ago.
@@harveyspecter1855 then maybe you don’t know much about Thai traditional dresses because it is very Thai to me. Plus, the designer has said himself that this specific collection is inspired but traditional thai attires.
@@harveyspecter1855 I am Thai, But I totally understand you, due to some of thai traditional dress got some influence from both india and china and mix in south east asia culture . This collection the designer told that he some part of this collection he got inspiration from thai traditional dress also there are multi cultural influences i can see in this collection .
@@moonlightbrightnight I didn't know that! I said this because the bride was wearing matha Patti and a mukuta. Which is worn by hindu gods and kings. And the men are wearing what seems to be a sherwani. Thanks for educating me.
@@harveyspecter1855 🤗 Thai got the influence of some of the hindu and majority of buddism from india which still exist in the part of our culture.

Wow Like magic, a dream, and one of the most wonderful performances I've ever seen . The way of embroidery, fabrics and colors all take you to the fascinating world of Asia and the identification of Thailand . You are the best and coolest designer in the world ever ❤️❤️❤️❤️
even though elie saab brand is usually hyper feminine, it is never boring or predictable. every show comes with new silhouettes or new ways to enhance shapes and movement. each piece is so refined and gorgeous, it's hard to pick an absolute favorite.
I have to be honest, modern fashion has given me a warped sense of what fashion is supposed to be like. I thought it was all tacky, over-the-top, in your face stuff, but I’m pleasantly surprised by this collection. It’s not loud, but muted in a way it just gives off elegance and modesty in a way. Any other designers like this one. Really enjoyed watching this!
The brocades, chiffons, silks and lace were so exquisite in this line. To add the south Asian flair, ever so slight made this one of the best I’ve seen so far.
I can’t take my eyes off the screen. These are such beautifully crafted, feminine clothes. So stunning.

FINALLY!!! A beautiful and well walked collection. Every single look was gorgeous. The show went off without a hitch, the way a couture show should. The detail, colors and sequin work was simply breathtaking. Bravo!!!

What a stunning show and collection. Everything fits together perfectly. The pieces are absolutely beautiful and wearable - the models are gliding on the runway, not struggling. The music is light and airy, and so is the models' make-up. I love everything about the collection, even if it's not revolutionary. Obviously a lot of thought and effort went into this show

I adore the ivory-gold and subtle pastels palette, these big bows and long taffeta coats, indian inspiration, transparency vs embroideries... and the men outfits as gorgeous as women models. It's a majestic collection...the kind which really makes dream !🤩 Such a talented designer and so many gifted craftsmen behind ! Bravo 👏 👏

Gorgeous and beautiful. So relaxing and fresh. Reminds me of cherry 🍒 blossoms in Japan and calm mossy sparkling brooks with gold embellished temples. ❤❤❤❤
That bridal head piece reminds me of a lotus flower. I think it's got Malaysian influences combined with middle eastern style jewelry.

Yes, wow! To me it’s a cross between interview with the vampire (the wrapping of the neck, the large bows; the mens’ frock coats) and Scheherazade. Luxe fabrics embroidered and embellished. That must have taken forever to do. Congrats to designer and dressmakers. A study in elegance and patience!

Finally something pretty and normal. Hate those weird fashions and clown acting haute coutures. Elie Saab always nailed it! Also love the fact how inclusive the models are. All with middle eastern and african and asian looks which suits the dresses with their skin tones.

Those rich fabrics, those princely shapes but at the same time refined, elegant, never extravagant! The India-style dresses are beautiful, all the magnificent dresses, the wedding dress ... an explosion of beauty, taste, style, magnificence! The designer never falls into the extravagant, never into the tacky or the obvious hackneyed, he always has lots of ideas, just 6 months pass between one show and another, how does he do?
