Learn the theory and then practice, practice, practice , thank you coach Brady 👍🏻🎾❤️
Focused and intentional practice is the key! Thanks Cesar.
Thanks for the great instruction as usual. I'm just curious do you give lessons in the LA area
Thanks for watching Glen! I do an annual clinic in Palm Springs every March during the BNP Paribas Open.
Thanks Coach Brady. Wonderful tips. The trick is to implement them, which takes a lot of time and practice.
Most definitely Steven!
Great video, thanks! I'm still struggling with the 3rd point on pronation. It's hard to break bad habits:)
It is, but nothing that can't be fixed Gary!
Super helpful as usual. Thank you. Do different kinds of serve have the same motion of pronation?
Yes, the same amount. Just the timing can be SLIGHTLY different.
As I get into a higher level of play, the returns are coming back faster. Any suggestions on footwork immediately after the service motion? I tried the "bounce back" off the front leg and tore my calf. So, yeah.
Yikes! Don't injure yourself. However pushing back behind the baseline is what all higher level players do, unless they are serving and volleying.
Easy short ball, ball that comes from the inside and inside of the court. I would do it all in down the line.
Thanks for watching Predrag!
