Hi Sierra, I rebuilt this chatbot using the same steps and code, however, when I run the chatbot I am facing problems with the javascript code. I get the following debug message: 'Unable to resolve code "Reference error; formattedResponse is not defined". Every step of the bot is identical to the one in the template and the API call even uses the same database. I tested it in your template with the same API call inputs and it works, but in my own built version I keep getting this message. And also the variables are not even being created. Any idea as to where the problem is? Thanks, great video!
Hey there! This is likely an issue with your AirTable be sure that the image URL you are using is valid and that you connect it to a variable in the JavaScript code.
Hey G, how u doin. I got with airtable url connection, I have tried 3 times with 3 new APIs and url. Everytime it says" sorry we are unable to find property" and goes back to main messege. how can I connect to you except Linkedin?
@@iainhmunro You can select all of the items you want to bring in by selecting and copying them. Then you can go into the space you want to move them and paste them in.

Hi, how do you sell this? Do you charge a single payment or a monthly retainer? or both? Because i don't think you are paying for your clients tokens right?
From my experience, single payment + monthly retainer for maintenance is the best pricing structure. I also do not pay for their tokens that typically is unnecessary and not an expectation clients have.

Hey there! This is likely an issue with your AirTable be sure that the image URL you are using is valid and that you connect it to a variable in the JavaScript code.

Hello, the other aspects of the chatbot should be in other Workflows. You can find Workflows on the left side bar. Let me know if this helps!
